Libya oil production slumps to 'below 100,000 bpd' | Morocco World News
TRIPOLI — A weeks-long blockade by guards at key Libyan oil terminals has sent production plunging to under 100,000 barrels per day in a major blow to the economy, an official said Monday.
Guards, mostly ex-rebels who helped topple veteran strongman Moamer Kadhafi in a 2011 uprising, have been on strike since late July and imposed a blockade on oil terminals.
They accuse the authorities of corruption by selling crude in excess of documented cargo, while the government say the guards have been trying to sell oil on the black market.
Wow, that was a bit high...

MANILA - Three oil companies on Monday announced a new round of fuel price increases.
Petron, in an advisory, said its gasoline price will rise by P1.25 per liter, its diesel will go up by P1.15 per liter, while diesel will climb by P1 per liter by 6 a.m. Tuesday
"This reflects movements in the international oil market caused by the ongoing geopolitical tensions in
the Middle East, particularly Syria," Petron said.
Shell and PTT Philippines also announced similar price increases for their fuel products.
Kahit ano pala mangyari magtataas pa din pala sila kahit hind pa tuloy yung sa U.S.
