Final rollback only on gasoline for 20 cents. Walang adjustment in the price for diesel.

Gasoline prices slashed Tuesday | Inquirer Business

MANILA, Philippines–Local oil companies have slashed the prices of their gasoline products starting Tuesday to reflect the softening of oil prices in the global market.

Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp., Petron Corp., Seaoil Philippines, Eastern Petroleum and PTT Philippines said they would reduce prices of gasoline by 20 centavos at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, while Phoenix Petroleum Philippines will implement the same rollback at 6 a.m.

No adjustments were announced for other fuel products such as diesel and kerosene.

A report by the Department of Energy said that Dubai crude prices and the Mean of Platts Singapore benchmark for gasoline prices had been declining the past weeks.

Appreciate bro....pero what i've notice, pag nag news ng weekend ng price adjustment, never it hit the mark sa mga actual adjustments. Pag price increase, normally higher. Pag rollback, it's always lower than what the weekend news would say. Any idea why is this so or talagang sinasadya lang ng mga oil companies as they hate to be directed?

Weekend news reports are based on Fri/Sat MOPs reports.

There's still Sunday and Monday trading so prices are still bound to change slightly.

No official increase yet from the majors, but expect around P1.00 for diesel and P1.50 for gasoline.
