Number 1 on my list is CORRUPTION. It is the source of all evil and the root of poverty.

Pagwala corruption:

1. Lots of budget surplus
2. Economy will be better.
3. More money means more budget in education = knowledge and discipline
4. More money means more budget in PNP/MMDA and other government agency = less crime, less red tape.
5. More money means more jobs and livelihood = no prostitution, no vagrant
6. More money means more budget for infrastructure works of DPWH = good and efficient highways, farm to market roads etc.
7. More money means more housing project for HUDCC = more low cost housing for the poor.

So, all in all, it all boils down to CORRUPTION. Think about it?!

Here's mine:

1. Reshuffle, restructure and reorganize PNP, Phil. Army, Phl. Navy = peace and order

2. Allow foreigners to 100% fully own and control businesses = create jobs

3. Decentralize Metro Manila and develop the north and south = spread our population

4. Give efficient service for basic necessities = no more brownouts, no more water shortage

5. Restructure and reorganize our public schools = better education, better people

6. Give tax breaks for people living in the province

7. Stricter law implementation

8. Restructure BIR

9. Lower taxes to low income brackets, higher taxes to high income brackets

10. Build wider, better roads; build freeways

11. Get rid of barangay system; instead, put a better police force with a centralized nationwide 911

12. Gun ban = safer environment for everyone, no more threats

13. Tougher emmissions = protect environment

14. "National Citizen Service" accessible to all citizens for government service complaints, maltreatment, red tape, etc.

15. National health care sytem (just like Canada's medicare system)

16. Abolish all private jeepney and bus franchises; Put government-operated buses (all with A/C); train and hire former jeepney drivers and tricycles - they will be paid by the hour, not by commission and will only be able to stop at designated bus stops; unlimited, fixed fare every month - bus ticket/card system (US and Canada). Centralize operation for MRT/LRT and bus system (ticket/card will work with both transpo)

17. Develop and implement better city planning

18. DPWH will be doing all roads and bridges (and not by sub contructors) = minimize corruption

19. Free lawyers to those who cant afford and fair trial jury system

20. Change length of term from 6 years to 4 years; 2-term max in all office; computerize ballot system;

Mga mahal kong kababayan. Kapag ako ang nanalong presidente ang gagawin ay...

1. Sugpuin ang corruption. Paano?

1.1 Lahat ng may capital or major punishment firing squad lahat. Wala ng human-human rights! Magtatayo ako ng guillotine sa Quirino Grandstand para makita ng publiko na huwag tularan ang mga ihodefuta.

1.2 Mabilis na hustisya. Kailangan 2 linggo lang tapos na ang kaso. Kung hindi pati yung atty nila kasama nilang bibitayin.

1.3 Palitan lahat ang mga empleyado ng gobyerno, pulis at sundalo opisyal man or hindi, ng mga bata-bata opisyal at tao. Para maliit pa lang sungat at maputol agad. At ang maging corrupt bitay!!!

1.4 Gandahan ang mga sweldo at perks ng mga kawani ng gobyerno, pulis at mga sundalo. At ang maging corrupt bitay!!!

1.5 Bawal ang mayaman at mas lalo na ang yumaman kapag nasa hanay ka ng gobyerno kundi bitay ka. Lalagyan ko ng margin kung hanggang saan ka lang pwede at dapat reasonable ang income at walang bullshit na business like Joseph Estrada Production, Lito Lapid Production, et al na noong 70s at 80s pa ang huling pelikula at may income pa hanggang ngayon!


2. Massive Public Urban/Rural Infrastructure, Police and Military Modernization

2.1 Housing sa mga squatter. Ipagigiba ko lahat ng mga squatter area sa buong bansa. Bibigyan sila ng matinong housing para wa na say. Ang makulit na bumalik bitay!!

2.2 Urban/Rural redesign ng Metro Manila! Ang panget na ng MM! Walang design. Lahat ng daan mapa-eskinita or flyover pa yan ay babaguhin at gagawing first class. Kung kakailangan gibain lahat ng masasagasaan building eh di gibain! Maglalagay ako ng modernong Rail system sa lahat ng lalawigan para mapabilis ang daloy ng produkto.

2.3 Bawal na ang Logging! Mapa-big loggers pa o munting slash n burn lang bitay ang katapat niyan!

2.4 Massive Reforestation sa lahat ng kalbong bundok at nakakalbong bundok! Pati ulo ni Bembol patataniman ko!

2.5 Ipatutunaw ko ang lahat ng lumang kagamitan ng Sandatahang Lakas at Kapulisan kasi puro luma at para may pakinabang naman. Papalitan ko lahat ng modernong gamit at uniform. Lahat bago at moderno ang mobile patrol, helicopter, fighter planes, support vehicles, ships, communication, rifles, etc. Again ang may sumawsaw sa budget bitay!!!

5. Expand the railway system for more efficient handling of goods & as a main means of transportation.

6. Hire external auditors.

7. Build nuclear power plants.

8. Only income tax payers & students are allowed to vote.

9. Utilize the AFP to assist the PNP.

10. Give more teeth to the BIR, COA & the Ombudsman.
