Sad to say, he is performing below the expected bad way he is supposed to perform IMO. Kumbaga nanalo siya pero expected na hindi ganun kagaling as leadr but that not being corrupt will somehow negate it . Pero parang mali mga bumubulong sa kannya eh. Dapat si Mar Roxas talaga pakinggan niya. Mas matino yun eh.

Another natural disaster strikes, another LGU caught flat-footed, then they blame the national gov't. Didn't they even realize that the spreading water hyacinth was going to cause clogging that would result in flooding? Ironically, it has to be the president who'll think of the solution? http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/17217/a...inths%E2%80%99
What were the LGU leaders doing during the summer months? Scratching their balls?
Watch out as these new low pressure areas and storms bring in more rains. We'll see the residents of flood-prone areas complain about the lack of support from the gov't - despite the repeated reminders to clean up their esteros, not to dump trash in the rivers and drainage systems, to be ready to evacuate, etc. etc.
And every president who ever held office was blamed for the lack of support.
