Mattyer of national security.

Yung Luneta tragedy. Kapalpakan lang ng gobyerno yun eh. Ilang oras ang itinagal nun eh wala silang nagawa?

And pnoy apologists can still defend not apologizing. Why apologize to Taiwan only?

madali naman mag-apologize ah. there is no loss of face when you apologize for a clear mistake. our loss of face is in handling the hostage crisis and in the shitty behavior of people after.

edit: personally, i don't think HK would react this way or this strongly if the botched incident happened in the US or other western country. over-reacting yan call to ban foreign domestic helpers from PH. why punish hardworking people who are helping their own citizens. pure BS.

I wonder if ever the hostage taking happened in the US, will they actively pursue banning Americans then?
Eh? ... if the hostage taking happened in the USA, it would have ended differently, with the hostage taker shot and potentially everyone else alive.
