I remember during the term of Raul Gonzales as DOJ sec. Tuwing interview nya sa office nya ginagawa at you can see how high the stock pile of papers on top of his desk. All this are props and after his term, he run as candidate back in Iloilo only to loose.
So the same is what this "Delay Na" is doing, all props for her 2016 plan.
Amen to that. Is it not Bilibid under DOJ. After Leviste was released, never did she speak about it. But when Abnoy took notice, this bulldog "Delay Na" start barking again. All for media opportunity irregardless of how non-sense she's talking about.
Sabi nya nga kay Duterte, they are studying carefully before filing cases. If they are still in the study / evidence gathering stage, how could she stupidly claim that David Bagayan aka David Tan is a rice smuggler on media or in public. If she could claim such, then she should have enough evidence already to accuse someone. As an insult, David Bagayan showed up at NBI only to be charge with electric pilferage, really stupid for this big mouth media savy "Delay Na".
BTT : I will vote and even campaign for Duterte if he run for president between choices of Noggy & Boy Pick-up.

Of course, there are the rotten ones who actually use their subordinates as bagmen/women.
here's a good example: Alabang boys bribery

I agree that she seems to be present almost everyday in newsbits but I think she's just trying to reassure everyone that the DOJ is working overtime (would you believe they work til midnight there, sometimes even weekends) to resolve cases. Pero I think, personally, DOJ needs to branch out and free its hands of some of its responsibilities. Masyado sya marami hawak for too few people.
If there's one thing our Govt agencies sorely lack, it's efficiency. It's hard to believe that our Police precincts still use pen and logbook to get blotters. Dapat dummy computer ito na controlled ng isang secured central server, para di pwede i-edit once submitted na tapos puro addendum na lang pag may gusto idagdag or baguhin. It can be stolen kasi nasa front desk lang.
The Govt needs to appoint an Efficiency agency that would fix and make everything more cost-effective and speedy.
I like Duterte too, been to Davao City several times and I like the vibe there. Being a lawyer and a former prosecutor at that, alam talaga nya ano dapat iiwasan at dapat gawin to fight off criminals who stick like barnacles. Not everyone agrees to his methods but it works well there that we feel safe kahit midnight na, nasa labas pa rin kami.

January 28th, 2014 10:39 AM #67we don't need good leaders, as much as we need good citizens... as simple as behaving on the road.. paying the correct taxes.. not bringing home the paper clips and bond paper from the office.. shunning smuggled goods, no matter how cheap..
no use voting for any candidate, if we still don't do our duties as good citizens...
notice ko sa 'pinas.. we vote for the best candidate we believe.. then we expect him to do all the work..Last edited by dr. d; January 28th, 2014 at 10:46 AM.

I will also vote Duterte for President should he decide to run in 2016. Even if he does not want to run for said position but there would be numerous groups of influential political parties, religion & other people who will urge him to do so, then, he might change his mind, like what happened to Pres. Noynoy, pa-ayaw ayaw pa noong una, pero nong nakita nyang malakas ang chance nyang manalo, then, he decided to run.
Probable candidates for 2016 are V.P. Binay vs. Roxas vs. Bong Revilla.
I think even Manny Pacquiao is also aspiring that position, but maybe on 2022 or in the future pa.
If Manuel L. Quezon who said that i'd rather see the Phils. run by Filipinos like hell than run by the Americans like heaven, would come back to life nowadays, maybe he would say that we're living in hell sa kalagayan ng Pinas ngayon. Hehe!
