Rank and file employees salaries are docked when they don't show up, and even then they have to give a valid reason and sometimes with proof (medical certificates, proof of appearance, etc.).

Pwede maalis sa PMA if the law:

- makes the entire upper class liable for dismissal should a hazing death or injury occur
- makes the entire class liable as co-conspirators to the crime of hazing
- gives the PMA Superintendent authority to mete out military justice to cadets who commit hazing (Articulo Uno by hanging)

ang problema, yung mga nagdaan sa hazing and lived through it are likely the next perpetrators....
