nanalo siya sa cebu at bohol bro. aside from being visayan, w/c obviously was an appeal, he also played up the anti imperial manila sentiment over there that's why he won those provinces by a huge, huge margin.

but robredo won big time in cebu though so that's a bit of a head scratcher since she's from luzon. i guess she wasn't entirely perceived as a tagalog as compared to the president's running mate - alan cayetano.
