Is he implementing Binay tactics on this?

Duterte dares Trillanes to prove allegations on SALN | Inquirer News

“That’s garbage. Prove it,” said leading presidential candidate Rodrigo Duterte over the claims of Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV, saying the tough-talking mayor had P211 million undeclared in his statement of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALN).

Duterte earlier signed a waiver that would allow the opening of their bank accounts for public scrutiny. But the mayor backtracked from his earlier pronouncement."
So he says it's false... then backtracks on his signed waiver? Labo men.

    Duterte camp:

    SUING TRILLANES
    A WASTE OF TIME

    By Patricia Lourdes Viray
    philstar.com

MANILA, Philippines — The camp of presidential aspirant Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte said that they will not file charges against Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV despite his allegations that the mayor has an undeclared bank account.

In a telephone interview with ANC, Duterte's spokesperson Peter Laviña said that suing Trillanes would just be a waste of time.

Trillanes earlier claimed that Duterte did not declare P211 million in his 2015 Statement of Assets and Liabilities. The senator also challenged Duterte to sue him for libel if his allegation is proven false.

Laviña, meanwhile, said that the bank where Duterte allegedly has an undeclared account should issue a statement on the matter.

"We will consult the lawyer if we will ask (Bank of the Philippine Islands) to issue a statement because no less than the name of the bank has been dragged into this. They have to issue a statement whether this is correct or not," Laviña said.

Duterte's spokesperson noted that the mayor had earlier stated in a public forum that he only has accumulated savings worth P6 million.

"It's part of the smear campaign being raised against the mayor especially right now. His opponents are practicing crab mentality, trying to pull him down with all these baseless accusations," Duterte's spokesperson said.

Trillanes, however, insisted that he is exposing Duterte's alleged undeclared wealth as his part of his job as a senator.

Last year, Trillanes, Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano and Sen. Aquilino "Koko" Pimentel III led the Senate hearings on the corruption allegations against Vice President Jejomar Binay who had been leading pre-election surveys at the time.

Signed by Duterte and Cayetano March 11, 2016 at Los Baños, Laguna waiving their rights to their bank accounts. Duterte said last night he will not sign a waiver for a non-existent bank account concocted by the sick and dirty mind of Trillanes.

Attention: presidential and vp candidate, please sign the document. Para magka alaman na.

    can that waiver be used?

duterte in latest interview “Maniwala ba kayo ng mga ganoon? Hindi na tayo umabot ng endgame ng eleksyon. Kung hindi na ako nag-number one, bakit hindi nila nilabas ito noon? Last two weeks (na),” he said.

Cayetano: “He (Duterte) said he wouldn’t sign it again because he signed already. Duterte is nitpicking,”

“Ito, na-sign na oh. You can bring that to the Central Bank and to any bank. That is a waiver we have authorized,” the senator added, showing the waiver to reporters

Off topic but sort of on topic since stocks and investment were brought up recently due to election and the likelihood of Duterte Presidency. I have this blog regarding trades (Im more of a trader than investor)

Pinoytradermd: PCOMP worst case scenario: Head & Shoulders

This was posted last February. I discussed through technical stock analysis why I think Phil stock index will hit below 7000 again or even 6000. I think Phil index is actually forming the pattern I discussed in my blog. Note other stock traders also observe this pattern few months ago.

If that could be used, they have to provide the original. But it's using the collective "we" and has only 2 signatures, I don't know how would it affect its validity. Calling lawyers to weigh in..

Duterte spokesperson was very evasive. If they are not hiding anything, they could have just signed a new waiver. The info came from AMLAC, if it's good enough for Binay, it should also be good for Duterte.

I just assumed, I may be wrong. But given that it's election time and admin's candidate is lagging, I have reason to believe that it's from that agency.

Yes and I may be wrong but Trillanes is right. Let's call it "educated guess".
