Buti pa yung lower court judge. May matino pa naman pala sa Pilipinas. Let's see how the higher court/s decide on the case. Given how they decided the CJ case am not as optimistic.

Dennis Uy, Chavit Singson firms among aspirants for 3rd telco | Philstar.comInformation and Communications Technology Secretary Eliseo Rio earlier said a total of six local firms and seven foreign companies have expressed interest on bidding for the spot to become the country’s next major telco player.
The local firms are PT&T, NOW Corp., Converge ICT, Transpacific Broadband Group, EasyCall, and Tier One.
The interested foreign companies, which would serve as partners or form a consortium with a local franchise holder, meanwhile, include China Telecom, Korea Telecommunications and LG Uplus from Korea, Telenor of Norway, Vietnam Telecom, one Japanese firm, and a US company
I thought Dennis Uy of Converge ICT yung nasa article. Di pala. Hehe. Ang government mukhang di alam gaano talaga katagal ang bidding process, procurement and implementation ng IT infrastructure. Tagal kaya rollout ng telco infra (not dissing, talagang mabusisi lang).

^Even the 9yo landing station link of ntt-pldt in south luzon has just started burrowing fiber optic cables from north to south.
Same initials nga.
Dennis Anthony Uy from Pampanga of Comclark
Dennis Ang Uy - from Davao of Udenna group that owns Phoenix - I wonder if Phoenix is just a money laundering firm coz nobody gets gas on their pumps and yet nagsulputan parang kabute. Parang etong Citi Hardware, crony mukhang China din from Davao port.
With regards to Panelo's assertion of "unconstitutionality of drug tests for candidates".

I can see it now.
The towers will be rolled out on camella homes land.
Then, villar will use to land grab some properties on the guise of building gateway facilities and more towers/exhange.
Only less than half of the land will be used though. The half will be for their subdivision.

Re on my post. Franchise only granted to villar.
But the timing of signing is as good as they will be awarding the 3rd telco to villar.

here we go again....... may 3rd telco nga pero hinde naman matunog yun company, ok pa sana kahit converge makakuha at least they are in telco business.
Starting with the x-ray examiner.
