You need internet connection for Viber. The same with Messenger except that Globe or Smart won't charge you for using it.

Two part to. It discusses how Duterte used digital marketing to Class D and E of our society who doesn't have internet access by providing FB messenger access and not to other sources of information and news. Basically creating his own network of fake news and gullible audience who doesn't verify facts but just receive data as truth.

Of course may historical perspective din how he came to power and why he is what he is.

Not just matanda. A sheriff implementing a court order legally. Doing his job pero sinapak ng mayor in front of the media people and the public.

What's worse, the sheriff apologized to Mayor Sara after he was punched in the face.

Duterte country ang Davao. Sara filed her candidacy for mayor, her brother Pulong as congressman, other brother might file (if di pa) for vice mayor. Si Baste.
