The problem is, just because the Spaniards colonized the Philippines and other areas, doesn't mean those areas belong to the Philippines when Spain lost.
We must therefore ascertain whether those areas really belong to ancient Philippines before the Spaniards came. But, then again, the Philippines did not exist yet. There's no government, only tribal kingdoms - indios fighting with each other in the jungle.
China, on the other hand, has an Empire. It has a form of organized governement. It has an army. It has scholars, architects, engineers, inventors, ship builders, etc.
Anyone knows the name of ancient Philppines when the Spaniards came? I don't know. But, the Chinese knows.
The name Luzon is not a Spanish name. It's a Chinese name - Lu Song, meaning "typhoons" according to scholars. The Philippines ancient name was Ma Yi, another Chinese name. Remember, the Philippines did not exist yet during those times. So, somebody has got to name it.
The ancient name of the Panatag shoal was Huangyan Dao or Minzhu Jiao. When the Spaniards came, it was named Bajo de Masinloc. When Spain lost, it was named Scarborough Shoal by the westerners.
Philippines independence was only in 1898. Those names already existed during the 13th century.
Just correct me if there are facts that need correction. I'm digging ancient artifacts here. LOL!
coz they maintain this so-called liberal world order, they think everyone has to follow rulings of their so-called international courts
about time there's a counterbalance to the West
hahaha
kelangan daw ng proof
kung tinamaan ka sa mga sinabi ko proof na yan na tama sinabi ko

Cool story. Typical tard.
EEZ is not the mess. China not observing the status quo was.
Paulit-ulit mo sinisisi UNCLOS. Eh hindi nga yan problema, yung claimants. Meron nag guideline eh kaso kung ayaw nga tanggapin ng claimants yung guidelines wala mangyayari.
Option number 3 nga okay eh, peaceful diplomacy sana. Eh kaso sino ba nagbu-bully dito SEA?
Here's another archeological dig:
"Philippine-Chinese relations is richly documented by archeological discoveries of the presence of porcelains dating from the start of the Sung to the Ming Dynasties ( 960-1644), William H. Scott (1968:66) in his research on pre-hispanic source materials in Philippine history wrote: Chinese “written references parallel chronologically the porcelains found in the Philippines.”
