Ang sagot ng former eight-division world boxing champion turned Bible-quoting Senator, "May context kasi yun, kasi ang ibig sabihin nun, 'You can call me anytime if you have any question about the Bible.'" At dagdag pa ng Senador, "The core of Christian belief is grounded on the Holy Bible. Sermons and homilies of Christian churches dwell in the teachings of the Bible. It serves as the foundation of spiritual, moral, and social fiber, which molds a socially responsible citizenry and strong nation building."

Change of heart? Duterte praises US as important ally, says will ‘avoid cursing’ — RT News

"This is all water under the bridge, I was under advice by the Department of Foreign Affairs, that I would temper my language and avoid cursing, which I am prone to do if I get emotional," Duterte said in the speech.

"I would not say they were our saviors, but they are our allies and they helped us. Even today, they provide crucial equipment to our soldiers in Marawi to fight the terrorists," he said, referring to the city where Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) loyalists have been holed up for four months.

Duterte began showing his softer side towards the United States in August when he called himself a “humble friend” of Washington while meeting Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.

When australia built their national broadband the chinese suppliers were particularly excluded due to security concern

Glorys botched NBN-ZTE deal is chinese funded for a reason to extend chinese clout in our territory

Now they are reviving that deal on the guise of fast internet connection

Yung mga Chinese cellphones pinagdududahan nga dahil sa "send data home" concerns, broadband pa kaya. A lot of companies also don't want to use Chinese branded CCTVs for the same reason.

In more ways than one, Big Brother talaga tingin ni fearless leader sa China.

may email naman pala sa lahat ng senatongs eh, ayaw lang talaga nilang pumirma

Kiko: No intention to exclude senators in ‘controversial’ Resolution 516 | Inquirer News

Pangilinan said that before the resolution was filed on Monday and read on the Senate floor on Tuesday, his office made the document publicly accessible by posting it on the Senate website and also emailed it to the official addresses of Sotto, Gordon, Honasan, Villar, and Zubiri on Sept. 21.

Gordon even acknowledged the receipt of email on the same day.

“This was done to inform them about the resolution and to show the number of signatures, and to ask them if they want to sponsor it,” Pangilinan said.

And way before these killings, Gordon terminated the senate hearing for EJK. What a dick.
