    As to be expected.

When your priorities are backwards... when you want results first before reforming the organization that's supposed to deliver those results.

    -

Ayaw naman kasi mag-ground-up rehabilitation ng PNP. Basta sugod ng sugod.

Same as with the infra programs... Gusto ni Tugade, spend agad ang $9b, bahala na si Batman... no bidding... no study needed... go go go!

    -

It's times like these you tend to appreciate how methodical PNoy was about everything. Mabagal sa una, but in the end, may results.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

“I can’t understand for the life of me how a prisoner inside a prison cell could even think of fighting back at police officers serving a warrant for his arrest,” said Lacson.

He also cast doubt on why officers of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, instead of a court sheriff, were sent to serve the warrant on Espinosa “since he was detained anyway,” or why it had to be sent personally “when they could simply coordinate with the [jail] warden.”

Lacson also noted that the prisoner sharing Espinosa’s cell was also killed, “therefore no witness could testify.”

Clearly a case of fake it til you make it. What was the word the Taiwanese used? Finagle, I think.

I expect JB Sebastian to be the next. He was foolish enough to file charges against deLima. His death will be conveniently blamed to DeLima.

JB is a cunning, brilliant con. His filing of a case against De Lima when the House Committee on Injustice practically absolved her was a master stroke. It was his life saver.

Convicted at 21 for kidnapping, became the Commander of Commando Gang and the Capo of all Capos at 36 of the largest penal establishment in the country that housed the most hardened criminals, survived an ice pick attack that felled another drug lord, he definitely is not a push over. He was the most credible witness paraded by that debonair Secretary of Justice who wears a wig. He was not intimidated by that bakla, ugly party - list congressman who also wears a wig. In fact, he was not intimidated at all. Nothing could unsettle the guy except the security of his family.

Update on the cop-nephew who took a bullet. Nothing connected to digong, a victim of accidental discharge by a fellow officer. He is very critical now as he was hit in the liver. Very sad and ironic as there are 5 cops in the family from a PO1 to a major and yet this?

I wish you are right paps but the damage is extensive. I heard it was an armour piercing gold-tip ammo.

How's this for dumb? Vitaliano Aguirre and Bato Dela Rosa are at the Pac-Vargas fight while Espinosa got killed inside a city jail by a PNP raiding team.

thats just marketing mambo jumbo papi...if its a solid jacketed bullet like you said...it will just pass thru...there will still be truma damage but less than a hollow point....you see people impaled by a steel rod? a solid bullet does that, impale until you bleed to death, a hollow point will expand twice its size..better chance of hitting vital organs

i read somewhere that if 30-40% of his liver is still ok, it will still regenerate...your nephew will make it. bata pa sya..

Yup, too young at 29 to suffer like this. He is losing too much blood. Not sure to what extent the damage is but we are expecting the worst. Next 24 hours is crucial.

I agree with MrBig. He will make it. It's the heart or head shot that's the highest mortality rate in gunshot wounds because of the difficulty to contain or cauterize the hemorrhage. Loss of blood is the proximate cause of death secondary to gunshot wound.

Blood donors are not a problem to uniformed personnel. You can always go to their training center and police trainees are more than willing to donate blood.
