imho, OK lang naman, but the BSP should be smart about managing Yuan purchases. afaik, China is still devaluing the Yuan. And my impression is that the Chinese prefer to be paid in USD than in Yuan since it's stabler/getting stronger.
We should brace ourselves if ever the Chinese tourists increase in number. They are not known for their manners. I remember the news about these tourists pooping on their seats in the plane and in public places. Even in HK I almost had an altercation with their tour flag bearer for cutting in line. Guy wanted his whole company of 30 or so to get in front of us in the queue.
Imagine what they will do to our tourist destinations.
