Thank you, Senior. My apologies I was not able to meet you during your tour. But, why nearest to the PIN only when you're always pining for the HOLE, especially for the 19th hole!

I have so much interest in Japan but I have to learn japanese first. Yan ang past time ko ngaun nag-aaral ng Japanese and chinese languages.

And the heads that will roll are the ones based in the US.

Even in supervisory positions, companies will still want to go for the cheapest decent labor they can find.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    Bro- agree......

Historically,- tax meant dominion of the people/land... And was the underlying reason of many conflicts...

Could be put to good use by creating industries and selectively subsidizing them to be globally competitive and providing public services and infrastructures among others,- but alas,- "commissions" are everywhere!

Economy grows on consumption. Look at japan, UK and other scandinavian countries, they tanked even though they progressive because they stop consuming more, spent less, and become addicted to green-living,

This is why I love the Philippines, people are aiming for green living, go to gym, go biking with the mountains

Imagine a biker, buys a 100k bike, adds 100k more for bike accessories, then gets a 1.5M++ SUV to carry the bike, buys a bike rack. Bike rack can accomodate two, buys another bike.

In the mountains with friend bikers, they eat or paluto bulalo, adobo, fried chicken with 1 liter of coke and iisang buong rice cooker

But hey wait there's more, they buy a DSLR or GoPro coz the scenery are just too good to pass by on a smartphone photo. Gets accessory add-ons to the tune of 200k.

Posts in facebook, Pics gets likes. So they focus on that, take pictures of all their toys, and just go up the mountain then go back to city. Another one posts fancier equipments like a smartwatch integrated , and it gets life on its own

Consumption is the best meter for economic growth. [emoji41]

Unfortunately this what happened to our international counterparts who were recently redundiated and their jobs were transferred to PH. More jobs for the ungrateful pinoys who keep complaining about US intervention.

    hehehe! bro, how are you?

i'm sorry i dunno what's a PS Joystick, but if you mean her drivers technic organ, hmmm, well, it could be...

although PGong calling her "immoral" leaves a bad taste in the mouth because he is not a paragon of virtue (though masturbator_101 may disagree with this), but i don't like LDL, not because she's ugly, but of her self-righteous streak. it turned out she has a "snippet" of skeletons in her closet!

I am good bro.,- and I hope that you and your loved ones are doing well, too!

Yes, you're correct on the technic, bro....

IMO, Pres. Du30 does not have the moral ground to call her immoral.... "Leaving a bad taste in the mouth" is more of a Monica Lewinsky line...

Agree,- susubukan ka talaga sa Pera, Power o sa Laman... Pag nahulog ka kahit sa isa rito,- magulo na ang mundo mo.....

Dude, remember: The Clintons were once radicals.

Ganyan ang buhay. As you get older, your perspective on life changes. Idealism (or fanaticism) gives way to the recognition that: "Hey, that's not the way the world works."

Just watched his speech in tanay.

I do agree that getting the lowest bidder isn't necessarily the best solution especially when it comes military equipment.

what comes to mind was when the US army adopted the M9 pistol as their service weapon. It is a reliable handgun but was plagued with problems when it first came out. Turns out they bought substandard magazines from the lowest bidder. They had to buy magazines again but this time from beretta just to cure the problem that shouldn't even be there in the first place

So lesson learned: you get what you pay for.

In the same manner, they recently turned down the lowest bidder for an Karmota class ASW corvette. The problem here is that the ship in question isn't a mature plaform. Sure it's cheap but risky since it's india's first shot on indigenous ASW ships. Not to mention it's oversized for a corvette.

IMHO, they should also invite Kockums since they specialize in littoral and ASW vessels at very affordable prices.

As a member of a BAC for a government office, I can attest that the lowest bidder does not necessarily win, but the policy is which bid is most advantageous to the government and this has been the norm since the days of PNoy.

For the Kamortas, the PN found some deficiencies in the GRSE shipyards whne they conducted a post-bid inspection which is why the contract for the 2 ships went to Hyundai instead.
