May clause na "immediate and executory" sa Supreme Court TRO. De Lima interpretation is the Supreme Court must listen to her oral argument/pleading before she understands what "immediate and executory" means... Its like making an argument when the referee already made a decision.

corona+GMA+SC=0 Delima+Penoy+executive=1 next

wala na kwenta supreme court
wala na credibility
you can get away with not obeying SC decisions pala eh
so from here on every SC decision is only a suggestion, no need to comply
so lalo wala kwenta lahat ng courts lower than SC
yehey!
street justice nalang
gonna be good business for goons and hired killers
wala na kwenta ang law school
wala na kwenta ang lawyers

then it's time for the SC to show who's in charge...kaya ba nila? pahuli na nila si De lima
ayun nagmamadaling mag special en banc bukas, pwede naman pala masmaaga eh,...if they just hold on to their decision after the oral arguments walang ganitong gulo...
they have themselves to blame...obvious kasi na tuta yun otso-otso ni GMA eh
busted tuloy SC na walang power... co equal branch ha...
pero maganda ngayon abangan, nag file ng cease and desist order sa SC sila GMA against DOJ and BI from stopping them to fly out...
maglalabas kaya ang SC or they have learned their lessons or susundin ba ng DOJ?

November 17th, 2011 02:59 PM #9The objectionable part of the SC's move is that they issued a TRO that may cause irreparable injury to the Filipino people without listening to the arguments on both sides. The TRO will allow Arroyo to leave permanently.
Why didn't Corona and his Court cohorts rule on the constitutionality of the WLO first before allowing Arroyo to leave? To paraphrase a famous saying: There's no use closing the barn door when the horse has already bolted. Corona and his cohorts clearly want to allow the horse to bolt before they decide whether the barn door should be closed or not.

GMA is afterall publicly prejudged c/o PNoy vendetta. Remember that a GMA great escape is a BIG IF... In the PNOY's law, it is better to presume a crime yet to be commited, it is for GMA to prove otherwise. I wonder how will GMA look in orange w/ the kneck brace... and if PNoy will let her stay in a hospital arrest like ERAP.
Ioniq 5 N is priced super competitively at P4.25M. US price is $67k, or P3.885M. With VAT that's...
