No question naman dyan, with huge prodding from socmed good or bad. Same with trying the Duterte style.

But there is also no question that EDSA gave us a better country to work with. Democracy made all this possible. The country is definitely better now that before ML. I don't know if you can find a historian or economist worth his salt that would say otherwise.

Chances are the poor will still be poor after BBM steps down and whoever will assumes the presidency in 2028. Perhaps Leni would have made a difference but water is under the bridge already.

One of the "palpak" policies of the "36-year Aquino tyranny" is coming back.

Work hard? That's rich coming from him.

Nakapagtrabaho nga ba si bbj outside of using the political footprints his father left behind. Sabi nga ni imee candidly , "He's been hanging around jobless for the past 6 years" when asked about her brother's aspirations.

Btw, ito iyong gagawin nya daw P20 /kilo ang bigas. Na-utal nanaman tapos ginawa pa verbatim [emoji23]

    He heard himself talking right?

MANILA, Philippines — President-elect Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday made a pitch for proper collection of taxes and tariffs, saying the economy will languish if the government’s tax collection agencies won’t step up its revenue system.

Speaking in a sit-down interview where only a few select media were present, Marcos said the Bureau of Customs (BOC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) must ensure the proper collection of taxes and duties in order to balance the demand for funds to bankroll government programs.
