Kaya nga I am confused/undecided because I have so many questions of faith that cannot be answered with intelligent proof. Eto yong ilan sa mga questions ko sa thread na 4 big myths of Book of Revelation (http://tsikot.com/forums/politics-ec.../index5.html):

"For God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten son (Jesus Christ) that whoever believes in Him would not perish but will have an evelrlasting life." - Why was it necessary for Jesus Christ to suffer and died on the cross if God can just forgive us all through the snap of his finger. How about those who lived in isolated places or our forefathers who worshiped the sun, moon, and anitos before the Spaniards introduced Christianity to our country, did they all go to hell because they don't know the one true God? Why is it that the Bible verses and other Holy scriptures of the major religions were all written in Jerusalem/Middle East Asia? Christians, Muslims, Jews and other Abrahamic religions claimed that God have direct communications with Abraham, Moses and the like more than 2000 years ago, why God did not do the same to Chinese, Filipinos, Americans, Greeks, Europeans and other people in other parts of the world during those times. Why do God no longer communicate with us in this modern times? If a person claim to have seen God and talk with him in this modern days, people will think that he is insane.

These issues and many others make it really hard to understand God. But I still go to the church and sometimes pray thinking that what if God is real and when I die, what if eternal life/ eternal damnation is true?

Kaya ang bottomline, wala namang mawawala sa akin kung maniwala pa rin ako o hindi na.

Ganitong unquestionable faith gusto ng mga religious leaders natin. No different from what's practiced in North Korea. But some end up questioning that faith when they start seeing conflicting facts from what they learn from the Church.

when I was at Vatican city, I wanted to look for articles concerning demonic possessions. and not to be surprised at all, The Vatican daw is getting very very concerned about the number of reported possession cases around the world. To give you a clear picture of what's happening, it's like our PNP, 1 police protecting ever 2000 Filipinos. There are just too few priest who are experts in exorcism bec. even priests themselves are skeptical about it. some say maybe they're just dealing with mental illnesses or personality disorders.

as you know, by Christian symbolism, a demon is just an opposite of angels. If Heaven has soldiers, then Hell has soldiers too. but what if just what if the extraterrestial people that science is trying to search with their SETI, and Telescopes and Satellites are already here who traveled by means of a medium that science is not yet still aware of. so a demon can be just another being from another universe who has no notion of our civilization. who knows, it may travel thru telepathy or even cosmic energies that can infect our inner energy which is otherwise known as the soul.

what if the "traveler" is lost too and entered a soul, wreaks havoc to its body and portrays what a demonic possession looks like. kaya nga here is one reason why people can't afford to be atheists bec. this is where science meets religion. science is still too slow in dealing in these matters bec. they have yet to prove it in order to believe in it. but the cases of demonic possession are on the rise. pa'no na ang mga taong ito?


God, being the supreme being and the creator of the universe - He is the only one who can understand/solve and free us from this phenomenon bec. He is the only one who know what these beings are or where they came from. and since we have just entered in the information age, baka nga wala naman talaga rise of demonic possession, and we're just document/recording as it happened so it looked like its rising.

when I was Europe, I saw too many building and churches with different marking/statues/idols. they say statues like gargoyles and others are for counter-protection from different kinds of possessions. so is demonic possession only rising now, or it has been happening throughout the ages? well, go to Europe and see for yourselves. there is a reason why the people of the past became superstitious. it's because they're fighting an unknown force. some can be proven by science but some can't. and the only way to protect us from such forces, is to turn to God. being the master of the universe, he can untangle such messes na baka naman hindi din sinadsadya ng possessing being, it too got lost in this web called our universe.
