MANILA, Philippines — Inbound travelers from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are no longer required to undergo facility-based quarantine upon arrival in the Philippines, as long as they present negative RT-PCR test results.

Malacañang on Friday announced that Saudi Arabia and UAE are included in the “green” countries starting Nov. 16 until Nov. 30.
