    Because there are a lot of real good people who should be in public service choose not to run for public office. There are those who get appointed into positions but they get out as soon as they can. A lot of these are the people who earn much more in the private sector too and don't have to resort to "public service" to steal and enrich themselves.

    imho he was testing the waters all this time, he wasn't sure if he was popular enough...though i really didn't expect this tough guy to milk it the way he did.

    Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago on Tuesday said she will run for president in the 2016 elections.

    Now i have a choice of president who surely can send the crooks & dumb in jail. With Robredo as my VP, this country will be looking forward for a more significant change.

    Tanda humanda ka pag si meriam ang naging presidente, sa impierno ka cgurado ipatatapon nito. :hysterical:
