    Bro,

Di ba parang me problema ang Isuzu dyan braking on wet roads? yung byenan ko kasi naaksidente last week nag skid din ang likuran (Isuzu Fuego 2003 model). Then nawalan na ng control, tapos binagga na nya yung sasakyang naka park sa gilid .. then umikot sya... hayun ... wasak yung harap ng Fuego. Pero before this.... skidding happens thrice already. Yung Goodyear rubber kaya ang culprit dito or the vehicle itself? We are planning to replace the stock tires maski makapal pa ang rubber just to avoid the same accident. Ano sa palagay nyo?

I don't like Goatyear tires. Tire grip is so-so, but not too good on wet roads. I was able to try it out for a week (on an AUV), and I can really feel na mahina ang grip.

I read din pala that its when the road is a bit dry and a bit wet (when the rain is just starting), this is when its the most slippery and dangerous.

Dust & mist don't mix. Di bale nang umulan kesa sa umambon ng bitin. Mas delikado yun.

I just had a near skidding accident just yesterday. The car in front of me didn't make any turning signals. we were a bit fast on slippery roads. My rear went to the right as I had the brakes hard and a bit early. But I regained control after steering to the right to counteract the skid.

lesson one: don't tail a car that's a bit fast. they might turn or shift unexpectedly.

lesson two: avoid as much as possible driving in drizzling conditions.

tires have a big factor on grip. If you're not aware of its capabilities and limitations, accident are most likely to come.

kailangan talaga ng ABS dito. ganun naman lahat ng public utility vehicles dito, tigil agad basta may nagsabi ng para, parang walang kotse sa likod. Never trail a PUV especially on fast lanes.
