if you can remove the borloloy weatherstrip, you might be able to visualize the area where the thick butyl adhesive has separated from the glass/metal.

Check for rust in the uuper part of the windshield where it is installed

^No rust on that part. It's really weird, it leaks on one place only.

mentioned earlier, when the car (specially unitized body) is raised at one corner with a garage jack higher than the scissors jack that came with the car, the body flexes too much and the windshield either cracks or the adhesive butyl tape peels of or creates a gap either between the butyl and the windshield or between the butyl and the body of the car. perform an inexpensive test using a stethoscope and compressed air. have an assistant blow compressed air in front of the windshield while you on the backside (inside the car) listen with a stethoscope. this way, you and pinpoint the leak to within the closest 1/2 inch from the suspected leak
