lower the hood and you'll hear the lock initially engaging.then push downward to fully engage.
maririnig mo naman kung nag-lock na.no need to push with all your might.

I just drop it around from a height of 1/2 feet.
I don' want to "push" it since that'll just lead to scratches and swirl marks.

December 15th, 2018 12:37 AM #48you can lower it manually until it sits. then put a little weight on the front edge with one's hands until it locks.
if that don't work, try dropping it from a height of 6-12 inches.
there's really no hard and fast nor prefered method.
my method is, "whatever works".
but if the front end had been previously deformed... all bets are off!

But seriously, I always drop it.
