actually, sa case ko normal bumagsak agad yung gauge sa 3/4 after 50kms or less on a full tank. then saka lang cya tatagal bumagsak. hindi ko pa na experience yung sa fuel lamp na naka-on kahit madami pa yung fuel sa tank.

sir, shortstop. yung unit niyo ba is A/T din like sir marckd1? if yes then mukhang lumalabas lang yung ganitong problema sa A/T units so far. observe na lang muna tayo...

flyball a.k.a. shortstop (had a problem with my password so now i have 2 identities) anyway, yes A/T...and di pa naman na-ulit. going 5k na rin so ipa-alam ko rin sa SA.

hi shortstop, it was my decision to do it by myself. yung fix kasi dun sa pumapasok na amoy eh tatakpan yung dalawang butas dun sa may firewall ng engine and the effect is that if you decide to change the air circulation of the aircon and let the air outside go inside the cabin, walang papasok na hangin. ito daw po ang epekto nito kaya sabi ko pag-iisipan ko pa.

yung takip kasi dun sa firewall is parang foam lang daw kaya me pumapasok na amoy. should the owner decides to seal this opening pwede na yung duct tape.

well i guess so para lang wag na nga pumasok un usok. the bad thing here kasi is un mga soot na galing sa mga trucks and jeeps papasok sa loob at didikit sa condenser at dudumi rin un air ducts. you'll notice after a year or maybe a few months lang..meron tatalsik from the aircon ducts na black particles...didkit sa iyo or sa shirt mo...pag hinawakan mo...carbon pala...kakalat...tsk tsk. isa pa...the air vents which are pointed to the rear of the vehicle are pointed to the ceiling...after a while mangingitim rin un. sa 5k ko i will have them do it na lang...kasi it's not normal...dapat talaga lapat na lapat un louvre para hindi pumasok un air from outside...guys, kailangan natin i-complain talaga ito...ma-pollute un air sa cabin and it's bad for us and the kids. ?

mga ka livinians, do You experienced creaking sound sa dashboard. Parang sound ng grounded na speaker sa taas ng head unit. Lumalakas ang tunog sa uneven road at uphill climb. I already tried to turn off the aircon and radio pero meron pa din.
Kaya binenta ang sentra ko dahil sa mga annoying sounds na di ma resolved ng casa at nag uumpisa na dito sa unit ko.

markd1, now that you mentioned it...nadinig ko yan maybe a month ago, nawala na rin. hindi ko rin maisip kun ano yun. but then i do remember na one time when i ejected the CD parang meron ako napansin na loose paper. maybe sumasabay sa ikot and it's hitting somewhere...pero like you said and i think so rin, dun sa harap ng dashboard un tunog. parang merong barya na naipit. pero like i said, nawala na lang eh. this is not my first band new car and i love the GL, specially the engine, pero nakakatuwa lang talaga kasi mapapansin mo lahat talaga.

sana nga mawala na yung issue ng engine or electrical failure sa inyo ni marckd1 para peace of mind na din.

dun naman sa aircon, tatakpan ko na din yun dahil bihira ko naman gamitin yung na air circulation from the outside. ako na lang gagawa kasi feeling ko mas magiging pulido ang gawa ko kesa sa kasa. me tendency din kasi na hindi maayos ang kabit kasi lahat ng mechanics eh busy sa dami ng sasakyan na ginagawa. nung nagpa-service nga ako ng 1k PMS eh sa labas na lang nagawa ang GL ko, sa entrance ng service bay nila dahil sa sobrang dami sa loob. naisip ko tuloy mas ok pa talga magpagawa sa labas pag tapos na warranty.

i might also bring my wife and daughter (if she feels ok na). she loves our GL very much that sometimes before going to sleep eh pupunta ng garahe yun to tap our GL and say "goodnight BIG". "BIG" ang tawag niya sa GL namin, hehehe...
