Deciding on which bed cover to use, Aeroklas Deck Cover, Carryboy Sportlid SM or Miggyboy Top-up. Need a hard bed cover that will open up fully. Here's my opinion on the three:

Aeroklas Deck Cover: Made of ABS (which is better than fiberglass). Opening handle is located at the rear. If you want it to open fully, you need to get the motorized version. Have not heard of anyone using it in the forum. Has anyone installed this on their Strada?

Carryboy Sportlid SM: Made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). This is probably the most popular model among the three. What I do not like is that the opening handle is situated on top of the cover, the key hole is prone to gather dust. Plus if you want to full open model, you need to get the motorized version.

Miggyboy Top-up: Website does not indicate what it's made of, presumably FRP also. The cheapest among the three plus it does not require a motorized unit to fully open. Lesser maintenance issues in the future. The picture on their website is small so cannot see if the opening handle is on top or at the rear part.

does anyone know what diameter are the speakers of the strada in front and at the rear pati yung depth nila? or kahit size. i dont know if they are 5.25, 6 or 6.5 inches. hirap malaman kasi may nakatakip na plastic.

DLS 6" yun sabi ni winterpine, although pwede 5.25" kaso you will need a spacer para di mahulog sa butas

there are also some 6.5" na parang 6" lang ang required na butas.

sir..ganun po talaga. ako nga.. i registered my car this year, this year lang na update ang records ko sa LTO. my O.R. and C.r. wala plate number, this year ko lang nalaman.

but dont worry sir, registered naman talaga ang car mo, hindi lang updated sa LTO mismo.

who is at fault, its LTO and not your SA/dealer. As soon as you get your LTO Sticker, just go to the branch where your car was registered and ask to have it updated sa system ng LTO.

    hi BOSBs!

What do you recommend na fully-synthetic for the Strada? I'd like to try something different next time we do oil change. by the way the ride is an '07 3.2L GLS Sport. the last time we used Shell Helix na blue-colored container for diesel...

    TIA

Sorry naman.. crappy connection + tsikot hangtime= Flood!

pati nga yung post inde ko na naspell ng tama Pose na naitype ko hehe...

RE: OIL as what bro av8or5 said Motul & RP are some of the brands that the majority of club members are using...However some also tried mobil 1 good inputs as well...

but as what our engine guru Arvin Cristi always said...."go get the brand that has no problem in terms of availability"...as long as its within the required Oil grade the brand is the least you worry about......not unless you are brand conscious that is...hehe

I had mine replaced with a 6.5", no modification or "hiwa" sa hole needed, although it was done by an installer.

yung installer ko had a crazy idea....I just can't stand kasi frilling holes on our truck...

mine is a kicker ES 6.5 yata toh or 6"......he got 1 roll of 3m double sided tape yung kulay gray....then used almost 3/4'ths of it to surround the back of the speaker creating a sort of a spacer between the provision in the door with the speaker....inde kasi pantay yung screw holes nung stock speaker dun sa kicker so thats why I opted for another way...

    hope it helps...
