sorry for that, im not satisfied with my bridgestone tires, wet or dry it's too slippery. It will throw you from left to right or change lanes when you hit some small humps. After upgrading my tires, I'm not worried anymore, I just enjoy my Strada...
I ordered orig 3.2 mitsu front shocks for my strada, medyo napasubo na, naorder na kasi and it's around 8.6k pair, next month ang dating, but if theres no improvement, I will change it to Old Man Emu shocks comes with coil spring.
I just want my strada to perform better and more comfortable on the road. Specially with the machine that craves you to get more speed..

Bro GO1 the silencer kit is standard talaga sa leaf springs, and yung binuka nila na "c" braket is use to keep your leaf's in place hindi dapat yan binuka. to keep your leaf silence the only thing to do is put a pacer between the leaf if you will observe your leaf meron siyang spacer na bilog 1 sa front and 2 sa rear, but look at it the 2 last leaf is walang spacer pag sinigitan yan nag spacer tatahimik yan. i dont know what the service is doing it is a standard way to silence your leaf springs. mapapakita ko sana kaso hindi ko alam kung pano mag post nag picture if some can tell me mapapakita ko sayo.

hi, maybe i could consider myself complainer here but i always find solutions.
i change my tires and rear shock and it serves me well. no more hopping, no more changing lanes or anything to worry me...
jackhammering steering... hehehehheee,, i think its common maybe of the shock or coil spring...
i would suggest any AT type of tires but not bridgestone pls. Well i guess ms. piggyprincess knows the condition from davao to cotabato coz the road is much worser than what you think or maybe try davao-cdo coz i know you will complain a lot.I'm running around 120-180kph and my new upgrades serves me well....
i hope that I'm right... please try to change your tires and shocks... it's my opinion i have good pleasurable driving after the change.

Thank you bro Dadz for your post. I was inclined to believe na yung silencer kits na pinakita sa akin are the ones that are needed to keep the leaf spring from being noisy kasi nakita ko rin yung isang strada doon na walang silencer kits. So meron din pala spacers na dapat inilalagay in between leaf springs. Tinanong ko rin kung meron masamang effect ng pagbuka nila ng "C" bracket and sinagot sa akin ay wala naman daw kasi meron daw center dowel sa leaf springs that keeps the springs aligned. I hope you can post pics of your strada's leaf spring para meron kami reference. You can use photobucket to post pics. Upload mo muna doon then copy and paste the image link sa post mo.

its great how everyone is giving their inputs on experiences with our rides. from ride quality, to noisy leafsprings.
It also just shows that even their personnel might not have all the infos they need, nor have the expertise in dealing with some problem on our rides. maybe MMPC should focus on their staff training.
anyhow, i've heard of owners having the silencer kit but still have some squeek from time to time.
now on the tires, I agree, maybe tires installed on the rides are not meant for our rides. so, if you got the dough, upgrade it.
as nismo mentioned, their roads are different then our roads (metro manila), so our experiences in our rides might also differ.

I hope you’ll indeed be the first one to have the Strada Club sticker in Davao. I am the first in Benguet hehe.
Regarding the Carryboy front nudge guard, it is purely pangporma. Sa slight frontal collisions it actually causes more damage to the ride. Saw several pickups and suvs na nag-suffer ng damages to the headlights and grills because of the nudgeguards.
Sa roller-up naman, I’ve been reading several feedbacks na hindi nga siya waterproof. Months before I bought my strada, I was checking out a 2nd generation Strada with the roller up and the lady-owner told me na walang kuwenta yung roller-up kasi madali daw masira and hindi nga daw waterproof.
With regards to the “jackhammer” feeling sa steering wheel, personally hindi siya uncomfortable sa akin. Wala naman complaint ang wifey ko except yung she has to exert more effort daw in turning the steering wheel kasi medyo mabigat ang feel compared to our other ride.
Tunkol naman sa 2-3 seconds zero visibility, it is only experienced when you run over a large puddle of water at high speed. It is normal naman as it also happens to other rides. The best way to avoid this is to slow down when you see a pool of water on the road ahead. Me naman I intentionally go fast kasi exciting for me specially my kids hehe. I only have to make sure that the road ahead is clear and no car is following me as I have to slow down kasi nga medyo zero and visibility after the water-splash on the windshield. It will also help if you treat your windshield with rain repellant like rain-X.

Happy trailing Bro Dadz.
Been raining here in Baguio-Benguet everyday. I miss the sunshine. Here are pics taken during the sunny days of June.
