Before they take it apart, may i suggest that you ask for the part number first then they must search for it in their inventory if they have it. Part numbers for Stradas and typical present day Mitsubishi models would be about 8-10 alpha-numberic characters i.e. MN12345678. Getting the part number will come in handy in case you need to search for that specific part in other Mitsubishi authorized parts center/Casa.In that way, they will "walk the talk"... hehehehe...
Good Luck sir. Here is hoping you will be satisfied with their results.
hello guys.. it's been a long time sonce i posted.. i hope everyone is doing fine after the floods and all..

it's a 2.5 strada with insane boost! does anybody know where i can have my strada modded? i was doing 200kmh sa sctex, iniwan ako ng hilux 3.0 yata or 2.7gas, di ko matanggap eh! haha!
and also, has anyone seen dual projector headlights in the market? i saw a couple of pics sa net, may available na made in china.. in ebay it goes for about 400USD plus shipping.. i'm sure we can get it cheap locally..
hi there, last ditch effort before you dismantle the dash... had the same problem with the same "non-slip" product. didn't really mind the stain that much, but when i had ***ybitch cleaned by the mall car wash guys (gateway in particular, blue and green uniforms) after the floods, the stain disappeared.
i asked what he used on the dash, he said it was "silicone". dunno if there's an available commercial brand or if it's a proprietary cleaning product.
at any rate, i think it's worth a try.
cheers![]()
Hello mga strada brothers!
tanong ko lang sana about the prices of 2nd hand strada's.
balak ko kasi bumili sana one for my business and daily driver narin.
kahit figures lang, I'll appreciate it hehe![]()
Hello guys, sorry kung di na ako nakakapost dito... been busy fixing and cleaning the house after the flood. My dependable mistress (strada) is only 2 weeks old and 750 km na ang tinatakbo nya.
Can you guys recommend a shop where i can have a turbotimer installed. Hirap kasing maging human turbo timer.
Another thing, I don't know kung dahil sa baha pero a few days ago ang lakas ng squeeking noise sa may leaf spring ng truck ko. Nakakahiya sa mga sumasakay kasi kabago bago lang maingay na. WD40 lang pala ang katapat. Now after ilang days na, no more squeeking noise.
Gusto ko ring saluduhan ang lahat ng mga BOSBs na tumulong nung bagyo. Good Job guys. Sana next time makasama na ako, pag di na ako biktima.
How reliable these Instruments?
Last saturday I was traveling in parallel with the direction of storm pepeng, though hundred miles apart. Due to my curiosity I started pressing different displays on the panel when my attention was caught by the reading of the barometer that shows 986mb then gone down to 982mb meaning Iam steering nearer the center so decided to turn back until reading climb to 1000mb, finally discontinue the trip up north. I have aborted my trip basing the barometric reading of my strada.
Any body have the idea how much is the margin of error for the barometer & elevation installed in our Strada. Compass ,I will not rely very much because of the steel & iron sorrounding the compass unless it is a gyro.
Thanks..RTS
(((IMO, AFAIK)))
I believe you are referring to what Mitsubishi calls as the RV (Recreation Vehicle) Meter first used in the CK series Pajero. Now found in the Strada.
Supposedly, it should be relied on especially for hard core offroad 4x4 users. To this date i think you are the first who reported about this issue. My apologies as I cannot give you a concrete answer for now. However in case you wish to join us at the Sagada Fun Run, we can probably ask all GLS and GLS Sport users of what their readings are and see if any of them needs (perhaps) reseting or recalibration. One of the steps to reseting the RV Meter (Compass, Barometer, Altimeter) might require you drive in circles until it the meter will tell you to stop and has been refreshed. HTH po... thanks and hope to see you soon.
in the meantime, lets wait for the other 2.5 GLS and 3.2 GLS Sport users and BOSBs to shed light on this.![]()

help naman po,
what tire size can you recommend on a stock mags (glx) that will look nice and without a fender flare? brand na rin po (no off roading) TIA
napadaan lang po... what time and saan exactly ang eb sa metrowalk this friday?
i actually have a despedida to attend pero sasaglit ako sa eb para maging official member na ng pinaka-astig na grupo. hehehe...
For the price sir....Im not so sure....medyo madami kasing nagmamahal sa stradakaya bihira ang nagbebenta kaya medyo matatagalan pa siguro para magkaroon ng talagang appropriate resale value....Unlike other pickups na in less than one year benta na agad wala pa 10k mileage
just like what my friend's mom did....kukuha daw kasi nung bagong facelifted na strada
:peace:
