Recently did the same thing with mine.. Casa already did all the measurements and submitted it to the plant last week. They concluded that the variance was too much. My Ride is being repaired right now as we speak, all under warranty. I was initially told that almost everything will be replaced (ie: Coils, Shocks, Front Suspension and Leafs). This might be BS but who knows they just might!
I'll just ask for a copy of the job report to know exactly what they replaced. it'll take them 3 to 5 days to finish.

O nga pala, san ba ok na casa (within Metro Manila) in terms of service quality and courtesy/attitude ng mga Service Advisers? yung mga madadaling kausap? After I get my unit back, im done with Citimotors Mkti. Ang bulok ng service, but thats just my opinion based on my expirience, sana walang maoffend
. Feedbacks naman sa inyo or better yet do give a name of the specific service person I should be looking for. Your replys will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Guyz!
It's been a while since I posted on the forums.
Want to share my experience and what happen on my few weeks past.
I have set my mind on driving a new strada GLS Sport, I even visited several Mitsubishi dealer to get the best deal.
Last Wednesday, I woke up with a new ride. My father bought me a BMW 525i series (luma nga lang). Last night, the BMW embarrased me, it overheatted along the busy street of EDSA.
I was able to nurse it to a shell station in balintawak, to have it cool it's engine and also my head!
Bakit ganun? When I was canvassing for a Strada, I seldom see one driving along my venerable Lynx.
Now, as I wait for my Beemeer to cool down, STRADA of all colors; a black, a red, a blue, a gray is parading themselves near me...
Do you think I was able to cool down my head?

Those BMW 525's are very nice..but then they also need a lot of TLC, especially if they are old. If you break them...you have to be prepared.
I guess you are a busy person and would like to have a dependable vehicle to match your lifestyle. I am guessing that you do not have the time, energy and patience to fiddle around with pre-owned cars with hidden problems.
You should have gotten yourself a bnew Mazda 6, Ford Focus or even a Honda FD.

Infairness, though my Bambam (my BMW's name) is old, it can still give me a 140km/hr cruisin' from Balintawak to Marilao last Thursday Night. It may not look as georgeous as the new model but still It can a fast ride which I really love!
I still have the 2nd thought of what if I don't have Bambam rather I have Joseph (Name of my future Strada, Sounds familiar huh?) with me?
You are right that am a busy person and I don't have time to look and search for a reliable car (Though I need it on my field of work). Besides, I dont have enough idea which is good or bad...
Hope to have Strada soon...

November 26th, 2007 12:42 PM #1976sir, try checking Freddies tire supply in Evangelist Street, Makati. I traded in my 16" steel wheels from my Strada GL there. 4 pieces of 16x7 inch steel wheels, bagong bago yung steel wheels, less than 100km lang tinakbo.
I placed a motorcycle chain lock in my spare tire, it cost around 100++ pesos lang sa hardware store. Hope it helps prevent the stealing of my spare tire.

sir ent_md: congrats sir on your new truck. Told you Jessa is helpful and gives the best deal. Until now, with my problem on my truck, she is still assisting me.
guys update:
I am the one with a transmission problem. Well, guess what..meron pa rin problem. Drove the car yesterday which is sunday. I just got my vehicle 2 days ago (saturday). well, now the car has worsen. I have no 5th gear, now my 3rd gear has hard shifting, I can hear weird noises, and fluid is over my garage. I went to the casa to submit my demand letter for replacement of a new unit or money back. Imagine in less than 30 days, I have felt these problems. The transmission is vital in a car and having a bad transmission has effect on other parts of the vehicle (i.e. engine, drive shaft, etc.) the car will be towed tomorrow.
any of you guys know the customer relationship of MMPC or where I can also send them a copy of my demand letter.
They have sold me a defective car.
Mind you I still like the strada, but not the one that was released to me.
