Good day mga bro. Sali ninyo ako sa group. Kare-register ko lang din sa MSCP. My unit is Savannah White GLS 4x2. Got it last December 20 pa.

I put in a turbo timer today. Sakto sa switch blank beside the mirror controls. Php2,300 from C3 4x4 along Araneta Avenue. Install by Jameson. Ayos! Looks slick and OEM.

Quick questions sir:

1. does installing a turbo timer complicate your warranty somehow?

2. ano name ng turbo timer na pinakabit niyo? Apexi?

3. saan 'yung jameson?

1. Anything can complicate your warranty. Even having unqualified personnel put on window tints (if the defogger gets cut) or the use of air fresheners (if they contact the plastic and start to eat on it). I really don't care. Jameson can pull it out as easily as he put it in. Besides, the manufacturer still has to prove that the modification is responsible for the problem you are claiming work for.

2. Volution Auto Turbo Timer from Thailand po kinabit ko. Designed for the Mitsubishi Triton siya so swak siya sa switch blanks ng Montero Sport (same dashboard naman sila) and red din ang numbers niya. The instructions are in Thai so make sure the guy doing the install knows his stuff. Timer is listed at Php2,500.00 before tawad. Install by Jameson is Php 300.

3. Jameson is a freelancer along Banawe. His 'pwesto' is at Jorge Radiator Shop near Sogo Banawe. Reach him at 09395521116. I rarely let other freelance electricians touch my rig (or rigs entrusted to me for modifications) except for him and GlennSter's cousin in kamias. Mahirap din mapahiya.

I want to join. My handlename in MSCP is Miles but I cant get thru the site, there must be something wrong with my pc. I got my monty last March 2,2010 Savanna White 2.5 A/T. So far my only mods are DLS A5- 3 channel amp, JL 13W3 sub and DLS MS6 front speakers, Bosch europa horns and also a tail pipe. Q- is there a fee for joining? if so, how much po?

Guys, Winterpine is quoting me Php4,500.00 for OEM Turbo Timer. Green ang color ng mga numbers (same as the TPMS). Yun din ang Turbo Timer na kinakabit ng mga Mitsu casa. Pag papakabit ko na, dun nila ikakabit sa provision on the right of the cigarette lighter.

*Takumi... What model of APEXi is being installed on your monty? To my knowledge there is no such thing as a 2k Turbo Timer especially an APEXi TT. They are the next expensive next to HKS.

If it is the Pen type (which is what i have installed) there are fakes going around already and there are ways of spotting the fakes. But you have to let me know the make and model of your APEXi TT.

Lumalabas thats even cheaper than the Volution and the China made TT's which cost about 3k installed.

I may be wrong ha, but do check your model, also if you can take pics of the Timer and the wiring harness and box that came with it, it will be easier to make a determination.

^^^ May I ask what is your location, sir? Does your internet provider have a firewall? Please try to access our MSCP Webforum again & let us know if you still encounter the same problem.

We don't have a joining fee. We only have a MSCP Club Kit, which includes a MSCP Shirt, MSCP Decal, & a Membership Card worth P750. After our First Year Anniversary Fun Run on April 10, 2010, we will post all the accredited establishments that will offer special discounts for MSCP Registered Members (they only cater members who have MSCP Club Kits).
