good day to all, bago ako sa forum, i owned 09 montero, ask ko lng regarding sa egr blanking, 2x nko nagpapalinis ng egr, i can say na medyo mahal magpalinis ng egr especially sa casa, unioil and seaoil user ako. thanks...

Casa recommends every 15K kms. Blanking EGR with cleaning is ideal.

Try nyo sir i-google yung symptoms of dirty EGR. ;)

depende yata sir,kasi kung kakalinis pa lang ng EGR nyo, tapos pina blank nyo, so hindi na sya dudumi,
pero kung matagal na kayo nagpa linis tapos ngayon nyo pa lang ipa pa blank, malaki chance na madumi na ulit yun EGR nyo, so mas maganda talaga pag labas pa lang ng casa, ipa blank na agad.

Got this from Mitsubishi Pasay, the one near MOA. I was initially offered 80k+10k+15k discount, but the SA suggested that I avail of their unlimited PMS (parts and labor from 1k - 30k kms) instead of the 10k discount. Add lang ako ng 1k.

Not sure how this works that's why I was wondering if any of you has availed of this offer.

Almost same clocking odo natin. Mine was 11k+ km nung pina blank ko egr kay sir zix. Di ko na pinalinis before blanking. As sir zix put it, after blanking, egr is no longer a part of the equation.

Hearing some sounds while braking and after a DIY brake cleaning meron pa din, visually mukang manipis NA din front brake pads ni Monty after 70K kms, inquire ko lng sa mga nagpalit NA ng mga pads kng anu ma recommend nyo?

Contemplating on Tanabe vs the OEM Tokico pads halos pareho LNG sila price wise (El dorado price ni Tokico). Was considering previously Bendix but been reading some bad reviews about it (rotor problems / fraction of the life span of the OEM)

alam ko sir pag wala pa naman check engine light , malinis pa din egr, so pwede i pa blank yun, kaya lang me ilan din yata nag pa blank afterwards nag check engine light (parang delayed nag effect sa CEL yung dumi sa egr) so pag ganyan nangyari, may peice of mind ka, na kaya nag CEL dahil sa dumi yun sa EGR nung tinakbo mo na first 13K Km noon.

Di ibig sabihin na wala kang CEL(Check Engine Light) malinis pa rin EGR valve mo. CEL can be activated for various reasons.
