Have bad experience wirh citimotors. Ingat ka diyan.

Sir, ano po bad experience niyo sa kanila?
Baka magbago pa isip ko haha. Well in my experience naman, medyo tamad sila mag troubleshoot kapag may problema.
I have a 'clunk sound' when accelerating from 20-30kph at 2nd gear. And all they did is measure backlash, nothing more.
None of them presented an alternative solution. But I'll try to bring it up again kasi PMS na ako for 30k.

Sir, can i ask for a recommendation kung anong mitsu casa ang madaling kausap? Kung saan pwedeng magdala ng sariling oil and other materials. I have a good relationship with citimotors makati, but marami ang nagsasabi na hindi maayos ang service. I just really wanted to try this 5W40 FS oil i have haha.

Asked the SA if they're going to clean my EGR for free, sadly they are charging 3,000 plus for it kaya di ko muna pinalinis. Appointment time is 8am so i got there at around 7:30 am, natapos naman ng 11 am. Medyo mabilis na for a heavy check up coz they promise me na matatapos ng 2 pm pa.

san po exact location kung san makabili ng baldwin BD28? at ask nrin po san sa banawe bumili ng accesories thanks...

you can bring your own oil sir. i had my 30k pms yesterday. they just warned me that if something goes wrong with the engine and my oil causes it, warranty is voided. but they need to prove it. citimotors-makati casa ko.
btw, they charged me with surcharge of 480. thats 10% of their oil price daw (8L Fully Synthetic lang dinala ko, may sobra pa).
always remember to check the manual in case of fluid change and top ups. minsan, mali ang volume nailalagay.
you can also remove some services from the PMS (wheel allignment, brake cleaning) in case you dont want/need it.

makikisali din tsikoteers. ok lang ba na mineral oil muna gamitin during 1k and 5k pms then shift to fully synthetic on 10k? sabi kasi ng SA ko, mag mineral na lang muna ako kasi sayang daw. your inputs are very much appreciated.

If you drive mostly in city, change to synthetic at 20T km. If mostly highway driving, you can shift to synthetic oil at 10T or 15T km.
