Montero Sport GLX 2.5 Non-VGT Owners

Good evening!

May nakita akong tagas sa right front side nang rack and pinion assembly. Mababa na rin ang level nang power steering fluid. Any idea how much repair kit for this, and saan okay magpagawa? Preferably sa Las Pinas area. Thanks!

Hello goodpm. May nagbebenta sa akin na montero. 2013 model. Gusto ko sana ibuy kaso may alinlangan ako about dun sa SUA issue. Affected ba ung 2013 model if ever may sua issue? Saka 1st car mitsu ko ito.saka not familiar sa kambyo nya. Meron ako present car innova gas at.na gate type kya madali gamitin. Sa montero mejo mangangapa ako. Maganda kasi offer sakin kaya naeenganyo ako saka diesel , saka ask ko na rin ung fc nya. Kung mixed driving.. Kasi mahilig ako bumiyahe ng pabicol around 600km from mnl to sorsogon, sa innova gas at ko ang gastos q sa gas ko balikan is 5200pesos.sa montero kaya?

^its not the gated gear, its the habit to depress the break pedal before cranking the engine and shifting from P to D because in order to reach D your gear stick pass through R first with P R N D sequence

Mga ka Monty wala pa po ba balita sa plate natin.... Ask ko lang saan kayo nagpapagawa ng temporary plate nasira na kasi yung akin po.at magkano naman kaya

Depende sa gamit, remember alang A/C cabin filter kaya madali mag dumi evap.

actually madalas ako mag-open window hoping na mas tumagal pa aircon (mukang mali yata practice ko ;)) at yes madalas dumumi loob car (kids,mga nakikisakay na may baon chichirya,dumi ng sapatos etc..)

pero kelangan kaya talaga palitan yung 2 parts na nabangit ko?? ;)

actually madalas ako mag-open window hoping na mas tumagal pa aircon (mukang mali yata practice ko ;)) at yes madalas dumumi loob car (kids,mga nakikisakay na may baon chichirya,dumi ng sapatos etc..)

pero kelangan kaya talaga palitan yung 2 parts na nabangit ko?? ;)

Fumoto oil valve usually gamit yan sa mga rezing, ung tipong kada race weekend change oil ka para di maloose thread ung bolt. Okay din if mineral oil tapos every 3months or 3000kms palit ka oil useful din yan. If not, sayang lang pera. OEM drain bolt does the job or mag magnetic drain bolt ka na lang mas okay pa.


Regarding drier filter and exp. Valve. If nahihinaan na nga po kayo sir sa lamig na ac nyo, it means cleaning na nga ng evaporator. Makikita rin if nag hihigh pressure na system mo. Need na cleaning nun.

Ngaun pag nag cleaning po kasi evap, tangal freon. Pag nagtanggal freon, SOP palit drier/filter. Ung iba kasi lalo na high milegage oto eh pinapalitan na rin Exp valve kahit good pa para isang babaan na lang po(preventive maintenance na rin.) Isang labor at freon charge ka pa..

If may buget, go for both. If wala, kahit palinis buga mo na lang exp valve.

After that, bili ka sir sa ace hardware ung universal AC filter. Cutout mo na lang for front and rear acu fan blower intake. Para di na magdumi ung evaps mo.

Good am. May alam ba kayo na pwede mag ayos ng AVT HU natin? Yung sa akin kase hindi na nagre-respond yung touch screen, as in wala na kahit anong pindutin.

Sa manual ng avt naman walang troubleshoot para sa ganitong malfunction. Sinubukan ko nang i-reset, pero wala pa rin (nawala lang lahat ng saved radio stations ko).

2012 GLX yung akin.

Baka may recommended kayong shop/s.
