    BG, nag drain ka ba ng heater? may naiiwan kasi doon na lumang tubig/coolant. baka contaminated pa ng lumang coolant.

    BG, silipin yung likod ng engine. may 2 hose na pumasok ng firewall. yun yung 2 hose ng heater. pwede mo baklasin 2 then use a garden hose to flush out the old coolant.

    Wala pala ko heater CB since conversion saken tinanggal na yun, chineck ko rin fire wall wala rin hose from engine

    For sure me natitira, yung nasa block kasi di naman ma de-drain lahat... dapt lang cguro evry 30k kms palit thermostat. Para sure di sya mag fail.. :confused:

    3 quarts daw yun tangke ko. Sa totoo lang, 1st knob ko is nasa 7 lang at 2nd nasa 15. Pansin ko, at 2k rpm, naguumpisa na mag-on yun pump. Pero di ko pa natry na umilaw yun full. Ayun, maghahalo na ko bukas ng pang boost para maubos ko na yun denatured alcohol ko at mapalitan ng methanol.

    Oo ganun talaga. Di mo maiiwasan yan. Kahit yun sa akin nung nabaklas ko eh may kalawang din. Buti at nakapagpalit ka ng thermostat agad at di nangyari sa iyo yun nangyari sa akin.

    Ito pala results ng dyno ko kahapon:

    With Devilsown and new injector nozzles:

    Blue line represents yun tuning nila nung first time kong nagpunta sa kanila. I was pulling 91HP after nila ni-tune from around 75HP. Now, pasok na si Devilsown at bagong nozzle tips, I'm now pulling 100.1HP when the Devilsown kicks in (see red line). Please take note na denatured alcohol mixed with Absolute yun gamit ko dito, wherein preferred nila ang methanol at Wilkins mix. Torque also increased. I am hoping na umabot sa 500 ft-lb sana yun torque ko


    This one represents yun boost na nakukuha ko from Devilsown compared sa noong first time nila ni-tune. I'm quite happy na it boosts up to 14.5 psi na siya, which is around 10% improvement nung stock pa siya. I hope na mag-improve pa ito once na magamay ko na yun Devilsown system ko.

    Sabi nila Chris sa akin, ito na daw yun highest na na-tune nila sa isang Pajero. Sabi ko, surprised din ako sa results nung tuning and hindi ako makapaniwala na my engine can do this even though 20 years old na yun makina.

    All I can say is, sulit yun Devilsown. Once it kicks in, it will make you not just smile, but grin. Sobrang gaan ng JDM ko ngayon. Mas magaan pa daw sa FM namin sabi ng gf ko. Right now, I'm monitoring my FC and based sa current status ng gauge ko, mukhang positive ang results. Will make a feedback after ko magpakarga ulit.

    Next thing to do is magpa-fabricate ako ng metal tubing and thanks to nelany for the suggestion kung saan pwede magpa-fabricate. I am also thinking of modding the air filter na maging cone type open air. Doc rols, sana makita mo ito at tanong ko rin sa iyo kung saan ka nakapagpaggawa ng metal tubing mo.

    Ewan ko ke Nilo. Siya nagsabi sa akin na Wilkins daw kasi mas malakas daw kumagat ang Wilkins

    Ayun, bumili tuloy ako ng 1.5 liter ng Wilkins para i-halo ko sa denatured. 50/50 ratio na ito tapos bukas takbo ko ng NLEX. Tignan ko lang kung totoo sinasabi ni Nilo. :bwahaha:

    Pero naniniwala ako na may malaking difference ang methanol sa denatured alcohol.

    Never ako gumamit ng distilled water sa devilsown ko. Gamit ko lang ay filtered water.

    Testa pag nag pafabricate ka ng metal hose duon mo palagay sa side yung nozzle. Huwag sa ibabaw kasi baka tumukod yung nozzle holder sa hood mo.

    Lalong lalakas ang FC mo kasi lagi kang naka hirit ngayon hehehe

    Hawak din pala ng Bosch ang Zexel.

    On normal situations, nope. Pero when I hit more than 3k RPM, then there's smoke pero not much. Did that during my last weekend trip to Pangasinan as I tried to hit 145kph on SCTEX. I noticed black smoke coming out from the rear.
