Trivia ... China hates Mitsubishi for some reason ... there are very few Mitsubishi vehicles running in China ...
?? mitsubishi made the famous world war II airplane, the mitsubishi A6M Zero, that the japanese then, used against its enemies. including china.

Mga weekly sinisilipi-silip ko minsan once in two weeks.... Pero this year meron something eh ewan ko ba....

These two SUA victims eh MATIBAY.

So nagtiyaga ako subaybayan by posting, updating this thread......

and BOOOOM biglang nagbago isip ng DTI !!!!!

Tapos nagsusuffer na new montero sa projected sales....

Pag naging final na decision about SUA eh WALA NG INSURANCE MAGCOCOVER NG MONTERO.

The DTI order for recall is for MMPC to make their MS pedals "idiot proof",
and not because of SUA. Basically the group of Bernie lost in their arguments.

If the pedal needs to be idiot proof then something is wrong with the driver..

Bro.,- I am not certain if I missed that line, "make the pedals idiot-proof" or something, which to me is a product recall for a product upgrade.

What I read was Mitsu to RECALL & REFUND the MS AT owners the market-value of their vehicles,- again, bannered by the names of the group in capital letters. Again,- here it was

Again,- IMO,- if this is deemed by the Court as a gimme decision,- then Macaroy and Jacob should be administratively charged for wasting the taxpayers' money for making a no-basis, shady decision.

But then of course, do not forget The McDonald's scalding hot coffee.....

Move slighty left or reduce the brake pedal size, and adjust the pedal to make it more elevated, like the brake pedal to gas pedal ng fortuner? Recall doesn't have to be condemning the whole car but to make changes on the particular part that is causing the issue.

    Nope.

The brake pedal has to be moved slightly to the right and the accelerator has to be moved even further to the right.

Whether the transmission tunnel actually leaves any space to do that... well...

I do feel sorry for the victims... this decision isn't a decision at all, and is not the resolution either side actually wants.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

So only the units of those with Capital Letters have defective pedal design?

Other MS AT units passed the design standard?

Ayos talaga.

i do feel sorry too for the unfortunate victims.

but i think the resolution is what the complaining party wants. a total recall, get the money they paid plus compensation for damages
