    Another question is, kung nagdecide ka na wag ibalik sa Mitsubishi, allowed ka pa kaya tumakbo sa kalsada?

    a current pwner can juat ram his montero deliberately and adk for buy bsck. the ruling states that a future accident may occur kaya nila binaba ang ruling, we have to thank DTI for this coz wherein all of you are only concerned about the fate of the Mitsubishi Montero. Dti is for public safety. those videos can hurt innoncent bystanders or people as long as that particular model is still running in our streets, human error or sua.

    mitsubishi ahould not fight this na and comply, ano ba sila all their products are bakasalalaay sa dti. it would be stupid not to comply or fight this pa

    you still have 20 days before Mitsu publishes this in compliance with the ruling. sell it at 500k now kahit alam mo mga 700k pa value nya. kasi after the period, baka kahit sa 300k wala na takers nyan or worst, hulihin na ng LTO at MMDA yan for public safety

    last 2 months ago, i am already decided to get the Montero GT. buti na lang ang nag-Japan at nag Baguio at Nag Vigan at nag Calaguascmuna ako, it really pays to pay yourself first with vacations. before a big purchase. now, hindi na ako bibile ng bagong Montero, im having 2nd thoughs naman talaga coz it looks like the 2nd gen crv nun nagluma naging parang auv kasi mahaba, not suv looking.

    ngaun, eto pa tsk tsk, bagsak ang resale value even the new ones dito kasi Pinoys willl just avoid any association with the Montero. 2009 nagsimula ang Montero. isang taon lang exempted . come to thunk of it, are those 2009 models japan cbus, ano ginawa nila sa 2010 model up, mino-dify nila parang makatiped sa parts para mabenta ng mas mura sa Fort, para makalaban sa fort.

    tsk tsk. naiisip ko lalo yun introduction ng nonavgt Montero na sobrang dami bumile, are those modifed?

    Tinatanong ang aking personal na opinion sa desisyon ng DTI, narito;

    Pag seryosong ipinatupad ng DTI ang Desisyon , Bilyun bilyong piso ang malulugi sa Mitsubishi, kaya kung ako ang nasa katayuan ng Mitsubishi, kahit daang milyong piso ay bibigyan ko ang DTI para balewalain ang nasabing desisyon o baligtarin ito. At dahil dyan, maraming katanungan ang gumugulo sa aking isipan;

    1. Bakit naglabas ng desisyon ang DTI unang lingo ng Mayo,
    na sila lang ng Mitsubishi ang nakaka alam, ni hindi ito ipinaalam sa mga biktima ng SUA ng Montero / mamamayan na dapat ay syang pinaglilingkuran ng DTI?

    2. Ang layunin kaya nito ay pilipitin ang braso ng Mitsubishi?

    3. Mayo 23 nakatangap ako ng info na merong nang desisyon ang DTI, Dahil kaya hindi na masikmura ng informant ang nangyayari kaya ini leak ang info?

    4. May 23, ayaw akong bigyan ng DTI ng kopya ng desisyon, ang rason Protocol daw. Binigyan ng kopya ang Mitsubishi pero ayaw bigyan ng kopya ang mga biktima, iyon ba ang tamang Protocol ng DTI ngayon?

    5. Agad kong inilathala sa social media ang isyu ng nasabing Protocol noon ding May 23,,,June 5, Monday pm, pagkaraan ng 2 lingo, nakatangap kami ng kopya ng desisyon. Napilitan lang kaya ang DTI na bigyan kami ng kopya dahil buko na at hindi na kayang itago?

    6. Tuesday morning nag viral na ito, Pagka hapon nag presscon ang DTI, hindi pa daw final dahil nag file ng MR ang Mitsubishi. Bakit ng ilabas ang desisyon, at ng mag file ng MR, secret lang, walang presscon?

    7. Masyadong mababaw ang basehan ng Desisyon, Maling pagkalagay ng mga pedal kaya prone for Pedal Misapplication, ibig sabihin, pagkakamali pa rin ng driver. Sinadya ba ito ng DTI para madaling aprubahan ang Motion for Reconsideration ng Mitsubishi kung mapag kasunduan?

    8. Marami pa...

    kung yan desisyun is secret, eh di para sa 20 na nag-complain lang yan para ma-buy back yun cars nila. nangyayari yan sa Philippine justice system. so yun hinde sumoporta sa sua complaint na may mga mnontero di pwede buy back. ganun lang yun

    eh kaya lang some groups might take advantage of this secret ruling, dun mayayare ang Mitsubishi and possibly cause economic sabotage.

    but the thing is, DTI should uphold the safety of the public. if if was a simple engine defect that can't ram into somebody eh di gano ganyan ka hype ang issue na'to.

    but the videos themselves show how potentially destructive this car is. the question is human error or not, why is this happening in this particular model? so nag-decide ang DTI. that's it for public safety.
