I still kept the OEM wipers as backup just in case. Gastos season soon will need to schedule my unit for 10K PMS at nasa 9K na ren unit ko then after will bring it to Big Bert's for detailing

Kamusta na and medyo tahimik tong thread natin? Good news den that fuel prices are going down and less than P53 ang 95 Octan na fuel. My Grandis is about 10 months old already and since day 1 Caltex Gold na ang pinakargo so yesterday, I tried XCS just to compare which is the better fuel. Why Caltex, sa Greenhills kasi mas maraming Caltex and may rebate sa HSBC. But recently, I felt that the car is a bit sluggish. Maybe also due to the fact that nasa 9k na ren and odo reading and needs to be serviced soon. Anyways back to XCS, I felt that the car seems to be more responsive compared sa Caltex Gold. Will schedule the car for 10K PMS real soon to see if may difference ba talaga.

Also need to have something checked as when I am idling pagnakasto the RPM reading falls to near 600 rpm causing some minor vibration, will have it checked and I guess tune up lang yan

Sa akin kasi whatever the fuel mileage that will be gained, advantageous pa din yung rebate ng hsbc in terms of cost per km. Hahaha masyado akong makwenta sa gas e. Hehehe
Could that be your car? Hehehe

Is there a good chance to have a diesel variant of Grandis?

Of course, hindi official itong pinost ko. kwentuhan lang between me and SA

    - re: the wipers malapad talaga yung kabitan kaya mahira[ maghanap. Sa tingin ko sa Banawe marami naman. The Toyota Previa has also the same wipers.
    - re: sa fuel oo laking tulong talaga the rebate ng HSBC sa Caltex especially this Christmas na 5% rebate, but I just wanted to compare, but will go back to Caltex on my next fill up. Slight difference lang naman yung napansin ko plus the fact sa my Greenhills area 3 ang Caltex kaya its really more convenient for me.

I see some ads na mga converted units ng Grandis ngayon (body similar to the current gen Grandis). As far as diesel is kaunti na lang naman ang difference ngdiesel and gas less than P5 na. Plus mataas ang maintainance cost ng diesel due to our pool fuel quality. Kausapin mo lang nagpapaservice sa casa and yung mga MS and Fort palagi pinapalinis yung SCV and EGR nila. My cousin traded in his diesel fort do a gas variant because of this. Tapos sa dad ko yung Pajero and Carnival ganoon den unless they improve the quality of the diesel fuel, it will always be a pain in the ass to maintain. I'm not saying na ayaw ko mag diesel kasi meroon den naman ako. Kaya the fuel savings ng diesel is negated kasi mas mataas ang maintance mo and diesel variants are more expensive than the petrol variant.

Had my 10K service yesterday even though nasa 9.5K palang mileage ko. Costs mga 6.5K. Napamura kasi I was able to use the remaining oil from my 5K service since more than 1/2 pa yung laman.

Brought it to the casa and ayun putol yung pipe that connects to the catalytic converter. Papalitan den under warranty and mga next week pa ata dating ng part so in the mean time welding muna para magamit
