most of the time sirang gasket that leaks fluid inside the combustion chamber, kaya nag smoke.

Parang sa lower right dashboard area po or under it (suspension) not sure tho. Pizza EL 98 Manual Trans po.

White smoke kapag cold start sa morning na mabilis mawala (parang steam) at minsan may tumutulo na tubig sa exhaust pipe - Normal lang.
White smoke na parang steam kapag mainit ang makina - water from radiator
White or blue or gray smoke na di mabilis mawala - Oil
Black smoke - incorrect fuel air ratio or spark plugs.

Guys pa help. I drive 97 GLXI automatic. Napansin ko bigla na lang lumakas yung shift shock pag change gear from 2nd to 3rd. Yung ibang gear mejo smooth naman. Ok naman fluid levels ng transmission. Mejo kulay brown na yung fluid. Pink yung nasa bote. Transmission flush na ba? Tatagal pa ba ilang araw to kasi sa weekend pa ako makakapag palit. Tenkyu

yes, have your tranny fluid changed muna..... most of the time, it solves the problem.
dapat ang tranny fluid mo is reddish, hindi brown.

the brrruggg sound could be lots of factors:

a. shock mounts
b. drum brakes
c. bushings.
d. muffler and/or exhaust systems.

mas maganda na talaga na ipasilip.

Before im using 1997 Lancer Glxi but now nag upgrade ako kaya Im using 2001 Lancer GLS...di ko pa din maiwanan ang model na ito kasi for me maganda ang performance at ang sarap imodify at gawing sporty..

Thank you for the info sir, ask ko na din sir re top overhaul, kasi kailngan ko na din daw pa top ovrhaul tsikot ko, kasi sir lage ako naglalagay ng tubig eh, as in everyday. Top overhaul po ba taloaga ang kailngan?

Kung sigurado kng walang leak ang radiator at hoses mo, wala ng ibang way talaga kundi top overhaul.....gagastus ka siguro 10k or more palit gasket at pa machine shop ng cylinder head water jacket

Thank you for the info sir, ask ko na din sir re top overhaul, kasi kailngan ko na din daw pa top ovrhaul tsikot ko, kasi sir lage ako naglalagay ng tubig eh, as in everyday. Top overhaul po ba taloaga ang kailngan?

tama si mentis..... check mo muna for leaks..... and replace ka muna radiator cap..... pag ganun pa din, top overhaul na yan..
