pati sa Explorer dati nung 2012. ayaw ng cash purchase, gusto 20% DP, 5yrs to pay, in house financing [emoji16] imbes na sila mag-offer ng good deals, yung consumer pa ang parang nakikiusap makabili lang ng unit sa gusto nilang terms

hintay na lang mawala ang hype... yung iba kasi gusto sikat at may ALL NEW model agad..

good things come to those who wait!! after that yung mga SA na yan ang mag aalok ng sangkaterbang freebies..

pero iba usapan kapag after 1 year eh selling like hotcake pa din.. gaya noon sa fortuner

Many buyers have lots of money with low EQ ... gives these dealers reason to abuse ...

    Hello guys,

Question po - to make Xpander look better and 'maporma' - is it advisable to put bigger wheels (kahit 1-2 inch bigger) to improve the looks and ground clearance?
<Their concept car looks better than actual - seen on the first page of this thread>
Or scrap this thinking as this will greatly suffer the performance knowing it's a 1.5L only in a bulk body.

    Thanks for the tips!

As far as I know unless you'll be using the really big off-road tires, the additional 1-2 inch bigger wheels may only have a minimal effect on the performance of the engine. It may have an affect on the steering tho.

Personally (and if I had the money to burn =) I would probably customize it as close as I can to the concept model especially the bight metallic apple green color it has along with the metallic grey / silver and black accents...and the same grill on top as well... but thats just me haha

overall bigger wheels. pwede sumayad sa wheel wells

    will make your speedo inaccurate

depending how low your 1st gear is it might limit your climbing ability

Baka naglipatan na sa Rush yung iba? hindi cguro nila ineexpect na tatapatan ng toyota release date nila. Mapapadalawang isip talaga nagreserve sa xpander pag nakita si Rush. Parang ibang segment na si rush eh. More of suv-ish baga at least maganda na competition nila which will benefit the buyers

For me yun isang advantage ng Xpander over the Rush might be its Mivec engine. If the Rush will be using the same 1.5L engine of the Avanza, hindi ito fuel efficient. The Xpander's Mivec engine might be more fuel efficient IMHO. Pero sa external looks, the Rush has a big edge.

If the news report that only 400 xpander units are on the way here, magaaway talaga mga dealers for allocation.
Baka kasama pa dyan ang 75 xpanders sa kopiko raffle.
Anong flavor ng kopiko ang masarap, makabili nga [emoji23]

    in that case,
i do not think it is "artificial".
it is so easy to make a reservation list. just see how they do it in restaurants.
