2016 Mitsubishi Montero

I dont think the Montero is slow on corners. Test drive it yourself. Its very stable, change lane/overtake in 100kph or 120kph no panic. Turn corners in 80kph you will easily get the confidence. Its all like very calm inside.

Actually natakot pa ko sa lakas ng brake nya. Feel ko umaangat yung rear sa lakas ng brake and that moment lang medyo mawawala yung relax feeling

Just an advice re the fort's suspension. I tried upgrading my 05 fort's suspension before with old man emu or rancho ( i forgot already which one) and improved the rolide just a little bit. Maximum is 10% na. Wasnt actually worth the upgrade with the benefit to price ratio. So if you hate the ride at first, it might not go away ever. Just my 2 cents. Hth

My montero was released today . Too bad may dalawang pin chirp paint sa fender. SA told me if i want to change the unit and wait for another weeks to month. Or they can repair it during my first pms. Kinuha ko na rin. Kaysa masira xcitement ko and vacation ng family out of town. D naman pansin pag d mo titigan. After a short drive. Malambot nga suspension medyo wavey. But ok naman ride comfortable. Pagdating sa stoplight binubusinahan ako ng nasa likod ko. Nung nag GO. Dko kasi mairelease handbrake nalilito pako hehe. Then goto banawe nag pa full tint ng windshield. Accessories. Kakabitan na sana ng headrest monitor but the head unit of gt is different from premium. Wala paraw socket for video out. Kala nila pareho ng gls premium. Y pala lagi naka on gps . Paano i off. Ginawa ko volume ng gps nalang pinatay ko. Yun seat belt annoying sa tunog. Both passenger and driver. Wala rin palang patayan ng ac vent sa left ang right side. At wala rin akong eyeglass holder sa may headlamp. Kasi kinain na yun space ng sunroof.

Actually maganda yung combination ng space and ride comfort ng Everest. Looks good also. Nagaalangan lang ako sa mga naririnig kong reliability issues. Kumusta naman yung Everest mo? Ilang months na? ok naman?

Why would one driver behind the wheel corner fast on a regular road?

Corner fast on a race track and its reasonable, race on a regular road is beyond reason

Montero is not a race car, drivers habit of racing an SUV on a regular road is a bad idea coz it leads to accidents

Heck, even motorways have speed limit

Race your fortuner in a race track and ill drive my montero in a regular road

Havent tried it yet on zig zag. Although we drivers are not racing but somtimes . Gusto rin natin masagad ang kakayahan ng vehicle natin . Well may be not for others. But for me. I usually did it.

Yun nga ang maganda sa monty. Ive said before yung sway nya is just momentarily. Akala mo at first ma sway sya. Pero mararamdaman mo agad na stable sya. Example sa corner stable ang steering walang jiggle, pati gulong kapit. No understeer/oversteer. Perfect balance sa comfort and handling. Kelangan mo lng masanay sa softness nya. For me mas stable pa sya kasi kahit corner tpos malubak parang dinadaanan lng. Di tulad sa stiff suspension may jiggle

turn the vent all the way sideways left sa drivers side and all he way right on the passenger side. You should feel the vent close. At least this works for me in GLS standard

4 months na si montero at 6k km. Nagsimula na ko makarinig ng "langitngit" sa driver side door/window pag medyo pangit ang daan. May naka experience na ne2?

Mag 1 year na next month, 11k sa odo, ala namang problema though di ko ito daily driven. Check mo na lang reviews sa fb group, Im sure since 2015 released everest, mas marami pang higher mileage sa akin dun...

Even my 2008 tdci everest, 300T kms na odo, puro change oil and filters lang rin and timing belt. A/C cleaning, and palit mga bushings and tie rods lang. No major headaches.

Same case tayo sir pero pero sa aking nag start mga 10 months na si Monty . .pero mahina kasi pa that time kala ko prang may gamit lang ako sa loob ng sasakayn causing the sound. Pero napapansion ko mas madalas na at tinanggal ko ung mga gamit sa trunk hanggang napatunayan ko na sa harap sa driver side driver side naggagaling. So just last week sabay na sa 15k PMS ko pina drive test ko lumabas ung tunog sa way window door side sabi lubrican lang ung door. Pero ganun pa din. Naka schdulenulit ako next week sa casa.

Usually ang nagalaw pag bumaba ka oto is suspension and seat.
