I think I saw a youtube vid na nag experiment itoggle yung electronic park break while high speed on freeway, na disable nga yung electronic brake, tnry din nya imove to reverse, and free rolling parin yung car. Di daw pwede pang drift. Haha. Mazda car ata yun, so malaman ganun na talaga lahat ng nag implement ng elec brake since copy copy nalang din naman yan.

In my case, my other car has a manual hand brake but is also placed in the same position as my monty, south of gear stick. I've dont remember being confused.

Since the action between the 2 is very similar.
    Lock:
    - electronic = pull the button upward
    - manual = pull the lever upward
    Unlock:
    - electronic = press the button downward
    - manual = press button then put lever down

I usually dont look at the hand brake so my hands just moves by instinct depending on what it found.

The sound is similar when you took the keys with you while engine is still running or when you turned off the engine/power but your headline is still on. But not as alarming when the passenger removes the seatbelt while the car is still moving. Though Im not sure now, haha, its been a year since my friend tried driving my monty with the ebrake on.

my guess is it will move when pushed harder just like a mechanical parking brake prevents movement initially but the car will eventually move when pushed harder. that is just how it is (I could be wrong in the case of Montero though)

Mazda 3 yata yung na test ko dati (rental car, not here). I just tested because I got curious.

    *Kisshmet
I was able to adjust right away, like I said, developed a habit of checking for any lit warning light before driving. This is a good habit I suggest anyone who drives should develop be it expert or newbie. siguro dahil din nasanay sa iba iba dina drive (I don't own all, most are rentals) foot engaged, hand cranked, electronic parking brakes kaya nakasanayan ko na. then again, just make it a habit not to drive with any warning light on. dati nga may nakita ko kakaiba sa akin na warning light, I pulled over to a nearest stop to scan on the manual... tire pressure pala.

Yes may drilling sa two side mirror kasi dun ilalagay ung camera sa gilid. He don't have fb kasi para sa amin lang talaga yan. Medyo mahal kasi tapos ang hirap pa icalibrate the last time na may nilagyan siya around 20k+ ang singil niya. If your still interested pm me your cell number so my friend will contact you and para i can advice to him.

And one thing, not because you don't like it, it is not classy. You are just speaking for yourself so don't generalize.

The problem kasi with those taiwan bushwackers and plastic trims talaga nagpapangit in the long run sa cars. Say halimbawa rainy season and di ka gano makalinis ng car, eh buong rainy season pangit tignan car mo, mukhang dirty and old. You lost like 3 months of a year na malinis and classy ka tignan

Remember, it's not really the accessories kaya tinitignan car mo, it's the shinyness. That's why when you see an old 90s BMW na super clean and glossy, napapatingin ka. It's in our eyes, we just love to look subconsconsciously at anything shiny or glossy like diamonds or gold.

For me, the only cars na bagay ang black trims eh yun FJ cruiser and Jeep Renegade.

Take for example, my stock 2016 wildtrak. It has blacked out grille, blacked out side mirrors as well as yun rollbars nya as well as yun mags, when you look closer, may clear coat lahat eto mgs eto. Unless you have all the time in the world, to clean your car everyday. i doubt you can every truly maintain your car, hence, nagmumukhang madumi at luma. Sayang if you just have car that is less than 3 years old

Armour all lang katapat. Besides ano ba ang advantage ng thai made against taiwan made. And most of this thai made car are not available in taiwan. This bushwacker and fender flares are after market. Hindi naman oem .

I prefer a pickup truck that is dirty and used where it's supposed to be used than a shiny one.

    Pickup trucks are trucks.

I remember the ending scene of Cars the movie.

Yup for me too. Bushwacker set up with terragrabber tires with mud . Then 4x4 looks somehow astig. Just like i saw a girl in bestida wearing dr martens shoes. Fashion changer. Wearing americana in rubber shoes. Hehe. Preference. And most of the people like to be unique in every in everyway to be acknowledge or commented . At least napaguusapan . Some are pro and some are cons. But the bottom line is eitherway ikaw ang bida or naiiba.

Besides a dirty 4x4 is more astig . From motorcycle to cars.

tamad yung driver maglinis ng sasakyan.
    magaling gumamit, hindi magaling mag-alaga.
nakakatakot tabihan sa daan. baka mahawa.

Has anyone experienced their Avt unit hanging -- getting stuck at the Montero Sport logo while booting? Nangyari sa kin last week tapos kanina ulit.

Got a problem on mine too. Instead of freezing, non-responsive buttons naman sa akin. Kahit ipower-off ko yung HU ganun pa din. To solve it, kelangan ko pa patayin makina ko.
