guys share ko lang expirience ko kanina sa peak motor edsa. pinunta ko monty ko (gls-v 2013)kanina sa peak motor para papalitan ang shock suspension sa likod at sabi kc ng mekaniko ko may leak na daw then after 5 hrs bumalik ako para kunin na monty ko at ang sabi sakin wala naman daw leak ang sabi ko hindi naman ako magsasayang ng oras kung wala leak then pinakita sakin yung harapang shock suspension para ikumpara then nakita namin na may leak na din pala ang left front shock suspension ko so sabi ko sa mekaniko na papalitan yan then while im waiting for the michanic at the service room the lady said to me na normal lang daw yun nasa first level palang daw ng leak yung shock hintayin ko nlang daw munang may marinig akong tumutunog na galing sa shock then sabi ko kung normal lang yung may leak dapat yung other side may leak din at sabi nalang nya sakin ipapa check pa daw muna nila sa warranty department nila at sa planta...
sa pagkakaalam ko pag under warranty pa sasakyan mo any damage should be replace immediately!

Yung left rear shocks ko napalitan under warranty. Normal lang na may langis pero yung tumutulo na langis galing sa shock absorber, abnormal na yun. Compare mo din sa ibang shock absorber mo. Para mavheck pumasan mo shock before magbyahe. Check mo after gamitin. Bantayan mo din kapag papalitan. Better have it replaced kung under warranty. Marami na issue dyan before dahil pangit ginamit na brand.

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I tried clearing the fault twice using Torque2 unsuccessfully, but it disappeared by itself on the third cold start. It mentioned something about grey codes needing several attempts. Maybe it's time to change transmission fluid?

Nawala yung screw cover ng rear wiper ko. Do you have any idea guys kung san ako makakabili nito?

Good pm mga ka-monty. Ask ko lang kung may naka encounter na sa inyo ng touch screen problem. Di sya respond pag pinipindot,so di mailipat FM station, etc. may epekto kaya 3rd party rear cam? Within warranty pa sya, pwede kaya ipa check sa casa? Thanks sa advise

Magandang araw mga tol! May tatanong lang sana ako, yung kaibigan ko kasi nakakuha ng monterro 2013 gls v. ang tinatakbo is 10-15 KM sa odometer. Kaso may lumalabas sa radio niya, preventive maintenance 55KM. Ano yun dinaya siya ng pinagbentahan niya? Posible ba dinaya yung odometer niya? Wala daw kasama na maintenance records. Ang pinagtataka lang namin, sariwang sariwa yung kotse. Malinis na malinis, yung egr blanking mahigpit, yung loob sariwa. Ano pa ba way para macheck? salamat po!

Bros, planning to buy a(n) ms gls v SE at.

For those who bought a brand new MS, did you find a need to have the tyres corrected for camber and alignment? (There's a popular brand who is infamous about this, based on a couple of personal experiences with them).

I am planning to use Unioil diesel,- anyone who's using this too? Any issues?

How about the regular Shell diesel? (The service personnel was encouraging me to use the Shell Nitro diesel with a higher cetane rating to be on the safe side)

Do I need to have a spare tyre lock installed? (Like the Fort)

Any other things that I should be on the lookout for?

Boss CVT, mine is 2009 3.2 and no issue naman sa wheel camber and alignment mula stock till 20s...
Nung wala pang Euro 4 ang Unioil Seaoil ang gamit ko then Petron Turbodiesel and la ring naging problem sa SCV... EGR blanked na rin after 20K kms. Palit fuel filter naman every 15K kms.

Yun ang maganda sa Monty, no need na lagyan ng spare tire. Yun nakausap kong tire/mags dealer na kuwento nila na bihira nagbebenta sa kanila ng paisa isang mags/spare kadalasan set..... mahirap daw kasi nakawin.

Sir magandang umaga po, tanong ko lang balak ko kasing mag upgrade ng INTERCOOLer, para sa Montero Sport MT 2014 model,meron po bang pagkakaiba sa performance sa original intercooler at sa upgrade bigger intercooler? Ano po ba ang benefit nito sa engine?
