Thanks for the heads up about the Reverse issue. observe ko din yung saken, 1 month mahigit pa lang naman yung auto saken, sana naman wag magkaganyang issue.

My bad about the central lock issue. Kala ko lahat ng doors ang hindi mo na ma-i-manual lock. Check ko mamaya kung kaya ma-i-manual lock yung hatchback ng saken. sabihin mo sa kanila magtanong sa Winterpine! Dun sa Quezon Ave ako nagpagawa, not sure kung sa lahat ng mitsu CASA e winterpine ang nagkakabit ng accessories. wala silang karekla reklamo. Pagkatanong ko pa lang kung magkano yung pa-install ng Central Lock, sila agad nagsabi na kasama na yung 5th door/hatchback sa central lock. Saang CASA yan? di ko magets bakit di nila kaya gawin yun kung nagawa naman ng iba.

yun pagsabit (notchy sound) during shifting sa reverse is normal kasi na experience ko rin yan. You can try shifting to other gears 1-4 first before ka mag shift ng reverse. Do it while clutch is engaged.

Bout the 5th door hatch lock, mine can be lock manually or centrally. Perhaps hinde pa capable ang installer ng casa mo. Ask them to get help with winterpine para mabigyan sila instruction. I can lock all my doors manually or centrally FYI.

just checked my car. Nala-lock ko naman manually yung hatch (using the car key). Since nag-fail yung central lock na ininstall sa unit mo, baka pwede mo ipatanggal na lang yan at refund na lang. or kung ayaw, dapat yan maayos nila.

I had the same experience about that grinding sound when shifted to reverse gear (GLX mirage). I brought my car to the casa and had it checked, the clutch cable was adjusted, they told me everything was fine. But the grinding sound continued to be observed intermittently. Since I was not satisfied, I brought the issue to the attention of Mitsubishi Head Office. The representatives from Mitsubishi head office brought with them a mirage manual test unit. I drove test the unit, I observed the same grinding sound on the reverse gear shift. I was told by them, that prior to their coming to the dealership where I bought mine, they tried to put down the transmission of five mitsubishi mirage units, to see if the grinding sound in the reverse gear shift would result to grinding the engine. So, they found zero indication that a grinding is taking place. To sum it up, that grinding sound is normal and it comes with the mirage built, being a subcompact car. By the way, complaint on such gear issue prompted the Mitsu representatives to try putting down the transmission of five mitsu mirage. As of now, I feel assured able to get rid of worry on that gear issue. However, the Mitsu representatives advised me to continue observing my unit. So far it operates normally.

Pa help naman po sa concern ko. may mga instances kasi na nag fa-fail mag start ung engine ng GLS CVT a/t ko. tapos may deafening sound na sobrang nakakairita, parang umiiyak ung makina. Naka experience na din po ba kayo ng ganito problem? Medyo problema din yung central lock ko, minsan hinde agad sya nag aapply sa lahat ng pinto, paisa isa. Pag nag lock din ako gamit ung remote. isang pindot lang pero 2 - 3 times sya tutunog. Ask ko lang po if anu ang mga pwedeng gawin. sorry 1st time lang kc na mag ka tsikot.

sa mga naka GLX manual, ano pong gas pinapakarga nyo sa mga auto nyo? may improvement ba sa mileage nyo? thanks

Sir, known issue na ang hard starting sa CVT variant ng Mirage. May kailangang palitan na pyesa..I advise to go directly sa casa.

bro depende sa driving habit mo kung maintain mo ang speed at rpm (maybe with 1.5 - 2.5) it is achivable BUT on a stop and go baka nasa 14 km/l ka lang. when we drove our mirage to baguio (break-in) i got 18.2 km/l balikan at a speed of 90km/h - 110km/h. lumakas lang consumption ko paakyat kasi kennon

I can do 13~14km/li on EDSA rush hour traffic. pero nung sobrang traffic dahil sa ulan at baha, nasa 12 lang.

long distance drive cruising at 80kph max, in a race track where there are no other cars, driven alone, no aircon youll probably hit the 21km per liter mark

Reporting on our FC consumption.

After 11,000++ Kms. our glx m/t yielded a FC of 17.53 km/li.

Conditions:
Hiway & city driving
80-100 km/hr lang pag sa hiway
aircon on
2 tao ang malimit sakay

And as for any problems encountered. Wala pa naman po..

accurate ba yung FC display sa dashboard? Kahapon kasi byahe ko from Jaen to our place, nag NLEX-SCTEX ako, FC displays 20.8 KM/Liter. GLX Manual.
