Hello mirage tsikoteers, need help.

Me nasagi ako mirage kanina, nalaglag driver side mirror lens (sabay nasagasaan ng ibang motorist kaya basag). Tumupi naman kaya wala na ibang damages.

Anyone here knows where I could get this part outside casa? Any shop in banawe?

Kasi for sure casa/insurance will suggest to replace the whole assembly at malamang mas mahal pa sa participation.

Hindi pa po..though hindi naman lahat ng units ay affected ng problem na'to..just be ready na lang po to embrace it if you buy..

aruy.. mahirap pala buy at your own risk.. mas maswerte pa yung bumigay ng maaga kasi mclaim sa warranty, one way or the other bibigay yung welding sa flywheel.. dapat isang buo talaga yun.

Well, I myself bought the Mirage knowing that they my unit's flywheel may also be included in the recall. Pero kasi, ownership is still something that I consider. Mirage kasi is comfortable, roomy, fast, fuel efficient and safe but has a fly wheel issues which I may claim under warranty. If I picked the guzzler for its size, Spark or Picanto AT. I would have defeat the purpose of me buying a small fuel efficient car. Those cars are just cute, small, not as safe and efficient and not as roomy but does not have a recall. After I claimed my warranty, my car is still comfortable, roomy, fast, fuel efficient, safe and flywheel issues solved.

mirage has 5 yrs or 100k kms warranty, within that period you can claim from casa if your starter set need replacement. for 3 months now after my starter was replaced, so far no grinding sound encounter till this very moment. you wont regret on its performance.

Sorry I didn't mean to offend mirage owners, im a proud mitsu owner din, kamusta naman po ang torque nya? para ka bang naka 1.3? with regards sa flywheel issue, im sure masosolve din ng mitsubishi.. soon to be mirage owner din ako, pinagpipilian ko na lang kung MT or CVT

Di ka naman ipapahiya ng CVT sa arankadahan. Di ko pa lang nasubukan sa akyatan.

May kickdown pa rin ba ang cvt ng mirage? Yung tipong, pag full throttle mo, baba ng isang gear ang tranny.

Since CVT sya wala syang gears per se. Pero yes may kickdown in the sense na tataas ang revs when the throttle is floored. Nauubusan lang sya ng hatak after 80kph pero from standstill to 80 ok naman.

Ok din yung B nya (engine brake) on downhills. Mas aggressive kesa normal ATs.

during my "break in" going up to baguio upon release ng casa wala ako naging problem paakyat ng kennon with 4 passenger plus bagahe. went to la union via naguillian road and back to baguio wala din naging prob. FC was 18km/l for this trip.

Heard from my SA that one of the new features of the 2014 GLS is the addition of a steering wheel controls. Also from P638,000, GLS CVT models will now be priced at P648,000.

That is a great price for a GLS CVT sedan...but I hope they have solve the problem regarding the previous model.

Hi guys, can anybody confirm this? Nag pa-quote ako sa SA and she mentioned 2014 Mirage GLS CVT hatch but didn't mention anything about the upgrades or change in price. Thanks.
