35k yung mababawas sa babayaran mo pag nanjan na yung unit. Pero 25k lang ung discount kasi binayaran mo naman yung 10k e.

in my experience, the casa takes care of the VAT and other taxes. buyers need pay only the advertised amount.
i sincerely hope this is the case for the mirage. otherwise, it may prove to be a bad first step for mits..

depende yan kung magkano yung magiging downpayment mo at ilang years mo gustong hulugan. masmaganda kung sa bangko ka magpa-compute kesa sa mga dealer dahil halos doble ang taas ng interest rate ng mga in-house, at wag lang sa isang bangko magtanong, baka masmababang rate pa makuha mo sa ibang bangko.
