tanong lang sa pajero experts, since ididiscontinue na ang pajero, pag bumili ako nito, hindi ba ako mahihirapan sa parts nyan next time? baka maski sa mitsu casa subject for importation na mga parts, o baka sa japan pa mismo d narin mag manufacure ng spare parts.

There's plenty of parts out there. China has also started making parts for the Pajero so I don't think supply would be a problem for the next 10 years.

Not really. Mine does guzzle fuel but then mine has the 6G75 which is a 3.8 V6 engine. The engine oil I use is Petron Ultron Rallye which isn't expensive since it's only a semi-synthetic. Oil filter is only 450 each. I change every 5k. ATF was changed for the first time after 80k. Replacement brakes are only 2K for front and back discs. Air filter only needs to be changed every 10K or if you live in the province, 15K since the air is cleaner there. Common problems I've heard from other users are:

    A. Brake issues
    B. Transmission issues

I know a number of owners who have blanked their 4M41s. (I feel lucky that my 4M40 doesn't have an EGR) 4M41 owners just change their oil more often.

FM users have it even better in my opinion.

I parked over at the MOA area last week and had my fender light stolen. Apparently, thieves now like to use something with a sharp edge like a screwdriver to pry this off the CK's / BK's body. I had to get a replacement pronto since it left a hole on my fender.

For those who get theirs stolen, part number is:

that looks like my old lancer's side light..
if i were the warehouse head, i'd say it was a good move on mitsu's part.. multiple uses for the same item.

Just want to hear some inputs, guys.

Since generally the same naman ang body & platform ng BK at CK na Pajero (except for the front and rear fascia), is it possible kaya to do a swap of their front fascias, say a BK pajero convert to a CK look? TIA.

Btw, I have a follow-up question regarding the PMS of the pajero. Is the 1st PMS of this rig around 1k kms or is it 5k kms instead? Nearing na kasi ang 1st month ng 4m41 ng dad ko.

Noticed the rattling sound too on my 2016 BK. I thought it was coming from the glove compartment at first. I tried removing all the coins and other stuff in the middle console and the sound was gone. hope this helps.

    Calling all BK experts here.

Does anyone know the specs of the HID for the factory installed locally sold Mit Pajero 2012 Diesel Variant? Model of the HID and the voltage?

Im planning to upgrade the HID bulb only without changing the ballast anymore.

    Thanks for chiming in.

55W D2S is the default spec for almost all HID bulbs across all brands. You can verify with your owner's manual as well since it's listed there.

Hi guys. Planning on buying a 2nd hand Pajero BK (2012) over a brand new Montero. Am I making the right decision? [emoji5][emoji45]
If I go for the 2nd hand Pajero, may I ask for tips that I should look at to assess condition? The usual pa lang is what I did: checked for oil leaks, electronic components like power seats, power mirrors, locks, airconditioning, rusting under the seats (in case na baha), no fogging sa lights. One unit I'm looking at is around 60k mileage already. Thanks!
