My friend once told me that she had her daughter's Yaya wear scrub suit (a.k.a. uniform) because that looks clean. It's not to discriminate against yayas but for hygienic reasons.

+1 on how uniforms look hygienic. our yaya has several scrub suits. feel na feel niya isuot, feeling nya ata siya si jodi sta maria sa teleserye.

kami ni misis we don't really care kung gamitin ng yaya namen or not. but she wears it on her own free will, comfy daw kasi.

Hmm...Anne and Jasmine Curtis, Coleen Garcia, Kat Alano, and practically all other celebrities with a foreign surname. Come to think of it, any Pinoy/Pinay with foreign blood and maputi can make it here. The recent beauty queens except for Venus Raj are tisay.

Naalala ko yung Scent of a Woman where the waiter provided Chris O' Donell with a dinner jacket, whereas other establishments would simply turn you away. Sana ganun ginagawa ng mga restos or resorts, i.e. alalayan yung mga cluless na tulad ko, instead of being all snobbish. Who knows baka bigyan pa sila ng malaking tip ni Mommy D. ^_^
