no she didn't. she just ranted on social media. sana she took it up with the management...well. we really didn't know if she did dahil hinde niya sinabi but I think kung kinausap niya yun management right there and then, na explain na mabuti and hinde na kailangan mag rant sa social media.

But still sir she ranted on the social media and it's a kind of her way to let everybody know that she's not happy with what happened.maybe a very small stand but still sir she made one.

but shouldn't the proper way is to talked to the management first and sort out the confusion and misunderstanding? again ang sabi ng balesin its their way of accommodating their members to serve yaya meals, they also said they will happily serve if guests would order and pay steaks or lobster for their yayas but since I'm assuming maraming members nag request to have cheaper meals for their help and nannies kaya nagkaroon ng unoffical yaya meal...let's remove the word yaya sa meal...if they call it special chef's exclusive meal for distinguish family member...hinde na discrimination diba? naging issue kasi na tinawag na yaya meal ng waiter...ano ba dapat itawag para hinde discrimination?

Got your point sir. Siguro po for me.i would include the cheaper meals on the menu under short orders and let things just fall as it is.

Class kasi sila sir.

Hmm, the original post stated the resort "wouldn't let" her order a regular meal for the yaya. They could suggest a cheaper meal for the yaya, but they can't not let them order a regular meal. e pano kung gusto kong umorder ng yaya meal, hindi rin pwede?

(Sa totoo lang, i'd eat the yaya meal all day if it meant a free stay at Balesin)

Also, this is a big f-up by their marketing dept. They could've named it "budget meal" or "kiddie meal", or whatever phrase marketing people use these days. For a first class establishment, that was a low class move. You don't need to point out the obvious to feel classy.

first wala sa menu yun "yaya meal", its resort's way of accommodating their members who want cheaper meal for their help, nannies, security kung sino man alalay kasama nila.

second, I'm sure meron na silang experience na nag order yun mga help na wala doon yun amo and then nagpuputak yun amo after getting the bill and putting the blame to the resort like bakit hinde sila sinabihan muna bago pinayagan yun order.

thirdly there was no malice I'm sure sa waiter nun sabihin niya na meron "yaya meal".

given na kasama yun mother ni maggie wilson, eh baka naman mukhang katulong din yun mommy niya dahil since wilson yun maiden name nila eh nagasawa ng foreigner baka exotic beauty rin...lol

the best thing na gawin ng resort is to have their members/guests sign a waiver upon checking in that they will pay whatever na ordering ng mga alalay nila even if theyre not with them.

hard to believe that the resort refused to let the yaya order a regular meal. ayaw ba nila ng pera?

So putting a "value" or "set" meal in the menu shouldn't be that hard to do.
