Badtrip yan but ipa-repair mo na lang agad. 7 days lang talaga replacement.
Just in case hindi na marepair, replace unit naman.
Also, if for repair, baka replace parts naman at hindi yung tatapalan lang ang butas.

based on my experience with A/Cs...

It's either kulang sa Freon or sira yung thermostat, not a big deal. But as you said, bagong bago yung unit.

normally, the law is on the seller's side this time. that's too long a time.
but some sellers do bend backward from time to time...
actually, it's not really the seller, but the manufacturer, whose policy it is that the seller is following.

I agree. hence, once should think twice before buying Panasonic.

We bought a lot from them (incl Refs, Washing Machines etc -> around 1.5M worth, my wife calculated the receipts last night) to fill out our units.

All items were bought together, pero the other items were only delivered last month para di istorbo sa renovations.

What saddens me is upon opening the box and testing a brand new unit, it didn't work.

Honestly, natatawa ako dito sa Pinas na lahat ng binibili mo kailangan itest sa shop bago bayaran.

With this A/C experience and sa hirap ng customer care dito... Sana pinatest ko lahat binili namin sa Anson's.

last month, i purchased a small digital scale.
when tested at the store, it wouldn't work.
    buti na lang at ti-nest.

to my memory naman, all my major appliances worked fine when tested.

    ^exactly...

Kapag may problema binili mo, ang dali nilang kausap for replacement/repair

how did our so-called "test-first-before-bring-home" policy start?
is it because of this statement? dahil mahirap mag-demand ng replacement when found defective?

just sharing... I purchased yung parang tennis racquet to kill mosquitos sa Ace.

Seller told me test daw nya before I pay.

Me: how, wala naman lamok/langaw dito
    Seller: tusukin ko ng ballpen

Ano na ba ang price range ng mga window type aircon na 2.0hp? Inverter and non-inverter?

Last time I bought a window type na non-inverter, nasa 20K lang kasi

Grabe, almost same price na din ng split type, minus the install cost.
