Before yung ref ko around 1k to 1,5k ang bill.
When I replaced my conventional 1HP split type aircon with a 1.5HP (yes higher) inverter type, my monthly eletrical bill went down by at least P1K for 2 suceeding months. Waiting for the November bill to validate my observation.
Bro. The power rating is reflective of the cooling capacity... So assuming the same thermostat setting the 1.5hp AC turns off earlier than a 1hp AC. The former has lesser duty cycle...
So approx the same cost in electricity but the 1.5hp variant has a shorter "on" time.....
Good thing I only use AC during summerI wanted to buy inventer window but not sulit since I don't use it daily. I want a panasonic though.
^inverter is highly recommended bro. pero la pa ko kagamit ana. i'm still using the old panasonic my client gave to us when i was in private practice.
You'd have to have room measured by installers to have the right HP for your room. I use a 2 HP, been using it nightly on ECO setting.& sometimes in the afternoon. My electricity bill went up by just P2-2,500.
You made the right choice bro....
They match the cooling capacity (power) of the air-conditioning with the size or more appropriately, volume of the room to make sure that the unit will not be overworked at a certain thermostat setting..
Ideally, they should keep the duty cycle at < 50% so that the compressor is "turned on" only < 50% of the time....
i went with kolin inverter (window type). hope everything goes well.![]()
