swerte ni sir yebo....good thing walang mas masamang nangyari!

I had this experience sometime 2000. On my way to Manila from Laguna at SLEX. The rain was heavy so need to slow down. Was driving on the fast lane when I looked on my right side mirror, may jeep (basta mahaba) that was coming on my way pero nag-360 na. At first kala ko malabo lang kasi nga umuulan, pero ang bilis and alam ko tatamaan talaga ako. As I was about to speed up, the next view I saw behind me is tumama na sya sa bus on the opposite lane, ka-boom! Thank God buti at di sa amin sumalpok, puno pa naman kami nun with my family. Am driving an FX that time.

Then on that same day, as I was cruising along Taft Avenue malapit na sa City Hall. Again, wet pa din road. Then a white car in front of me, kita ko nag-360 din tapos sumalpok sa poste ng LRT. Stopped by to check yung laman ng car, oks naman sila kaya lang heavily damaged ang car. All praises and thanks ago that day, I could have been involved in those two instances pero salamat na lang at wala!

ako every month nakakakita ng Collision ng Motorsiklo to vehicles like a car... ung worst eh collision ng motorsiklo sa bus. while in slow going traffic. Nakakita siguro ng butas to counterflow ung motorsiklo, sumuot at humarurot. e kaso sa dulo may bus na nagbababa ng pasahero un sapul. Ni di manlang tinakbo sa ospital ung driver ng motor. Maybe coz its one less $tup1d driver.

Add: the worst time na nakakita ako ng Motorcycle accident was on the Magallanes interchange. And it was a few days before Christmas.

The worst collision/crash i've experienced was my first accident. Nangyari ito nuong 1997 when I was still in my postgrad studies. Me and a friend were on the way home along Rizal Ave * 50kph when a delivery truck suddenly emerged from a side street and crossed our path. I slammed on the breaks but it was too late. What's left for us to do is hold on to our seats (buti na lang at naka-seatbelt kami), close our eyes, and pray. Then the loud crash! came. When I opened my eyes, the hood of my Maxima was kissing the windshield. We came out crawling, dazed and confused. Ang masakit e no read no write pala yung driver ng delivery truck. He got no money to pay the damages at nagmakaawa. My dad came and spoke with the owner of the truck who in turn promised to pay for the repairs.

The Tsinoy businessman was not true with his words. Ang masakit, nag-iba ang panig nung imbestigador. Maimpluwensya yata yung Tsinoy. So my dad decided to shoulder the repair kasi baka makapatay daw siya ng tao... kung tao ngang matatawag. It cost us 45k and my bruised ego. I was afraid to drive for the next 2 weeks. Fortunately, I learned to overcome it.

Mabuti na lang at hindi nadamay yung chasis kaya until now e gamit ko pa rin itong Maxima kahit once a week lang. I love that car kasi, my 1st. Yan ang kuwento ko . . .

Nakita ko in person? Kanina, sa edsa, one of the worst collisions i`ve seen.

2 taxis ( wala na front part nila pati bubong yupi yupi na, isang bus sa likod and fortuner sa ibabaw

One thing that kept bugging me is how did the fortuner ended up in that position, it is facing the other side of the way, and its on the TOP of the 2 taxis, worse, the fortuner just suffered a fallen bumper.

Oh btw, i saw this at Tuazon Underpass around 6:15 AM

Hmmm, the worst I have seen that happened in front of me was an old 80s Corona 2-door which fish-tailed and crashed at relatively high speed on the Ortigas/EDSA flyover (edsa to greenhills section). They drove up the flyover at excess of 100kph when reaching the curve.

I was trailing behind it so I saw it everything that happened.

Four people on board. I helped pull out three of the people but left the driver because he seems to have suffered some degree of injuries and I didn't want to make it worst by moving him.

    ------------------------

Another one I arrived a minute after it happened. A Kia Pride which tried to turn left to White Plains from EDSA/Cubao. This was before the construction of the MRT on EDSA.

The Kia probably tried to cut in front of oncoming traffic. Unfortunately there was a bus coming in at high speed which crashed into it. The Kia Pride split to two (front and rear portions). The bus lost control and hit the people power monument barrier. The bus driver was pinned by the wreckage but was later extracted when rescue crews arrived. The Kia Pride had three people but everyone was dead on the spot.

I once saw a orange Civic SiR literally wrapped around one of the pillars of the ortigas flyover back back in 2004. I presume the driver and anybody who's with him/her is dead.

Another one, involves a jaywalker and an FX taxi at the Commonwealth flyover near Iglesia ni Kristo. When the FX is about to hit the man, I just bit my lips in anticipation. The man flew over 10-15 feet. Then rolled and ended up in the inner most lane. I also presume he's dead.

    1) Early 90's I was on summer vacation in Guam since I was attending college in Manila at the time. I was with my mom and we had just come from a store and approached an intersection in which I had right of way. Both streets had a 25mph speed limit and the car coming from the other street was going 50mph and didn't stop at the intersection. He hit my dad's Nissan 200SX(S12) on the passengers side right in front of the door before the firewall. It bent the car 90 degrees and if I was going 1mph faster my mom would be dead. My car spun 3 times before stopping and his car spun also and flew up the curb coming within inches of a building.

    2) March 2008, again it was an intersection and I wasn't familiar with the street because we had just moved back here. The intersection had no stop sign on any side and I thought I had right of way since I had it for all the other intersection I had passed before. Needless to say I hit a current generation RAV4 in the rear quarter passenger side with my Lancer GSR . The RAV4 flipped over 2 times and I watched it from my rear view mirror. Once my car stopped I jumped out of my car and pulled out the occupants of the RAV4.

    3) June 2008, yup it was that kind of year but this would have been a minor accident if my damn airbags didn't deploy and injure my arm. Pickup in front of me heard sirens and so did I I saw fire trucks behind me and he saw an ambulance coming from his right. I tried to make way for the fire trucks and he tried to do the same for the ambulance by slamming his brakes. I ended up rear ending him and the air bags deployed.

About the video, yes it was very disturbing, very disturbing that I didnt even watch the whole video i just watched the half of it continuously and the other half i just skipped into other parts to see what happened.

I pity the man, he should`ve died at the first place. Imagine your body has been cut in half but you`re still trying to stand up thinking to the point that you could still live and walk and reaching to the point that realizing you`re going to die in the end.

For me, that video shouldnt have been shown to everyone else for it is unfair for the man who has been cut in half or for his family for this matter. I just have one question left, couldve been the man survived the shown accident? Well I know its quite impossible but who knows.

A man died and his companion was seriously injured after a sport utility vehicle (SUV) crashed into a motorcycle along Taft Avenue in Malate, Manila before dawn on Thursday. 1 dead, 1 hurt as SUV crashes in Malate | Philstar.com

No one I knew but this is a painful reminder to ALWAYS BE SAFE.
I have more shocking photos but for obvious reasons did not post here. Motorcycle crossing Taft near Remedios/Nakpil was hit by the car, both at high speed at about 1:45 AM today. Bike was wedged under the vehicle. Electricals and leaking gasoline immediately came into contact, causing vehicles to burst into flames.
Everything and everyone thrown about 40 meters from point of collision. Bike driver may not make it and passenger's lost his leg at the knee (bandaged to his thigh, by EMT members for possible but unlikely reattachment).
Due to massive shock and trauma, I don't think that the passenger realized that his leg was gone.
